# ASTR's Role within the Soneium Ecosystem

## Update week 42:

The first rewards were distributed during this live session:

Some stats from last week’s campaign:

- Total unique users: +4200
- Total platform interactions: +120k

We’ve received feedback from participating teams, communities, our team, and users. The 1st week gave us a good look at what’s working and may not. As it stands, there’s already a net positive result for all projects, so we’re rejoicing in that.

What’s ahead:

- We’ll begin focusing more on the main objective. In this case, it’s ASTR and its connection to Soneium.

- We’ll be removing those that have no clear onchain quest + no clear ASTR connection, as well as teams with dysfunctional sites and/or underdeveloped project. Hence all projects with no onchain astr quest will be up for review and removal by Wednesday.

- Overall too many quests, and this is demotivating users.

- We’ll be activating each projects “Daily checkin” so users are encouraged to consistently visit the projects quest board.
