Hello Astar community,

We are conducting a survey to investigate the status of projects listed in the existing dApp Staking system (excluding UCG). This survey aims to verify compliance with the recently published Code of Conduct and to confirm details or issue warnings to projects that are not adhering to it.

Currently, the official document update is in preparation, so I will share it here as a PDF.

👉 [dApp Staking Code of Conduct](https://drive.google.com/file/d/17Zto7yU0rVUWEA6hyjSAx0mVmw2lZCAk/view)

Here is the survey form. We kindly ask the representatives of the projects listed in each dApp Staking to fill it out.

Survey period: **March 5st**

Since project members might not notice an announcement only on the forum, we will also individually announce and remind the projects as much as possible. We would appreciate it if community members who notice this announcement could also help spread the word.

We kindly ask for your cooperation.

Thank you to all the projects that participated in the survey.
