Hello Astar Community, While my time in the ACC has been meaningful and, at times, genuinely enjoyable, a recent event in my life made me realize how quickly time passes and how important it is to be intentional about how we spend what little free time we have. After my day job, the 10 to 16 hours per week I was dedicating to ACC work—while it may not seem much on paper—adds up to a significant part of the time I could instead be spending with my family and loved ones. I have come to feel that I need to rebalance my priorities. I wanted thus to informe you that i will step down from the Astar Community Council (ACC) during the upcoming week to ensure a smooth transition. I sincerely thank you all for the time, collaboration, and trust we shared. I still believe in the potential of Astar Network, however, for me, it is time to step back and support the ecosystem from a distance. thanks again for your past support Mouthmouth68 [@Community\_Council](https://forum.astar.network/groups/community_council) ---

Thank you for everything up to this point! At least from an external perspective, it’s clear that you’ve been very active as a member of the ACC. It’s truly unfortunate to see you step down, but how you choose to use your time is entirely up to you. I wish you all the best going forward. With this, the ACC will now have three members remaining—have there been any discussions about adding new members? ---

Thank you for the time we spent together on the council. I learned a great deal from you, and your vision and ideas will certainly be missed in future decisions. I hope you are able to enjoy your time away with your loved ones. Life is more than social media and crypto. Wishing you happiness, my friend. ---

Thank you Mouthmouth68 for your dedication and meaningful contributions to Astar and for your involvement in the Astar Community Council over the past year. Your time, effort, and thoughtful participation have been genuinely appreciated by the community. Wishing you all the best as you refocus on what matters most. Taking care of family and loved ones is always the right priority, and we fully respect and support your decision. Thank you again for everything you have done for Astar, and we hope to see you around supporting the ecosystem in whatever way feels right for you. For transparency, I would also like to inform the community that until new members join the ACC, I will step in as an Astar Foundation representative to ensure continuity and maintain four active members within the council. My Main Council address will be used for this purpose: `YB5BBK9ubcQrzrHyma3sP3j4E6qvrbnL4cXV43AvACnydko` We will share updates as new community members join the ACC. * * * Gaius\_sama :astr: _Astar Main Council_ ---
