There seems to be a slight misunderstanding. My concern was that since I am not sure how I would interact with VLS as a NEET, I needed to clear that up first. If NEET and VLS work as completely separate things, then I don’t have a problem with that. And if it is a merger of sorts, then of course that needs to be taken into account (not that I have a negative view of VLS).
