That’s a good suggestion, we can work together on a template for event proposals and a template for the report. That way, other ambassadors or community members will have guidelines for creating their event proposals.

Have read the report! Love the transparenc on irl meetups to see where the money goes. I think the money for these events are well spent, as its not expensiv.

Bao, to be honest from my PoV, 40 people is already a good number. Remember (maybe) this is still bear market, and Astar reputation in Japan and global is more to b2b side, there’s a possibility majority of users will think that this event is more b2b than to retailers.

In my opinion, Japan has potential to attract more attendees. They just don’t know about events like this. Because I feel like web3 is getting more and more momentum around me. I will continue to exert my efforts.
