## Q1 2026 – Astar Community Council Update GM Astar community! 🌞 As Q1 2026 comes to a close, the Astar Community Council is pleased to share an update on our activities, deliverables, and progress over the past quarter. Throughout Q1, the ACC continued to focus on strengthening governance standards, improving operational efficiency, and aligning ecosystem programs with the updated Tokenomics 3.0 and dApp Staking framework. * * * ## ✨ Highlights from Q1 **dApp Staking Entry Requirements Reinforcem** ent The Council worked on increasing the entry requirements for dApp Staking, with the goal of better filtering access to the program and ensuring that only projects providing real value to the ecosystem can be onboarded. This strengthens the overall quality and sustainability of the dApp Staking environment. **Internal Monitoring Workflow for dApp Staking** A structured internal workflow was implemented to enable continuous monitoring of listed dApps. This system allows the ACC to regularly evaluate activity levels, ecosystem contribution, and overall performance of projects within dApp Staking. **Ongoing dApp Staking Review & Delisting Activity** The Council continued its ongoing effort to remove inactive or low-value projects, ensuring that the program remains focused on meaningful contributors to the Astar ecosystem. **dApp Staking Improvement Proposals** The ACC developed and discussed several ideas and proposals aimed at improving the dApp Staking system, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and better alignment of incentives across the ecosystem. **Astar Ambassador Fellowship (AAF) Development** Work continued on the organization and structuring of the Astar Ambassador Fellowship, further refining its operational framework and preparing it for progressive implementation. **Internal Documentation Updates (Listing & Delisting Workflows)** Internal documentation related to dApp Staking listing and delisting processes was updated to improve clarity, consistency, and execution efficiency within the Council. **Public Documentation Update (dApp Staking & Tokenomics 3.0)** The ACC updated and aligned all public documentation related to dApp Staking to reflect the latest changes introduced by the updated dApp Staking model and Tokenomics 3.0, ensuring consistency and transparency for the community. **Collaboration with Foundation & AFC (Compensation Framework)** The Council collaborated with the Astar Foundation and the Astar Finance Committee (AFC) in structuring updates to the compensation model for Astar Collective participants, with particular focus on the Ambassador segment, transitioning from USD-based calculations to fixed ASTR-denominated amounts. **Enhanced Ambassador Monitoring System** A more advanced monitoring system for Ambassador activity was developed, aimed at better capturing the real value contributed to the ecosystem. An internal dashboard was introduced, enabling the ACC to assign targeted tasks to Ambassadors, track execution, and evaluate both performance and quality of contributions. **UCG Program Restructuring (Ongoing)** The ACC began a comprehensive restructuring of the UCG program, transitioning its vision from a bootstrapping initiative to a strategic staking actor. New goals and mechanisms have been defined to align the program with the updated dApp Staking structure (16 slots, 2 active tiers, stricter entry and monitoring requirements). The new framework will be aligned with Tokenomics 3.0 and the updated dApp Staking model (16 slots, 2 active tiers), introducing clearer objectives, stricter entry requirements, and more structured monitoring processes. Crazy figures, and what a surprise that the overall ambassador forum posting numbers have fallen off a cliff since the readjustment. I’ve seen these ambassador guys take recent pictures with some of the core team on X. It’s a huge insulting grift to the community. They know nobody checks this forum but they can use plausible deniability that they published the results here. We can’t even trust the Community Treasury dApp to not be greedy. The system is mirroring real life politics - people just can’t resist taking a cut / bribe when they have power. ---

It is clear that your intention is to create a space for complaints, but you lack context. As @Marroz mentioned, multiple actions were carried out in Q1 2026 to improve the ecosystem. Q2 will be a continuation of those positive efforts, along with many others. The ACC is a body that seeks the good not only of the community, but also of the ambassadors as promoters of our ecosystem. If you do not trust its actions, which are reported quarterly (as in this thread), you are free to create a forum post proposing a better structure based on impartiality, rather than just personal opinions without supporting arguments. The issue raised by the user is perfectly relevant to the discussion and to the title with which the thread was opened. There have been public remunerations and, although they are now in the past and the system has fortunately changed, they still deserve a response if requested.The other questions mentioned by the user are also pertinent, as they are perfectly in line with the ACC report: they ask for explanations precisely on the report that was drawn up. They highlight and inquire how and in what way the judging team can evaluate in a transparent and impartial manner, and award compensation, when there are evident friendly and personal relationships among its members. Nobody wants to know anyone’s private life, but when public money — everyone’s money — is being managed on behalf of all, it is right and proper to provide clear answers. ---

Thankfully @MrKarahanli-Emre posted this picture on X as he saw an opportunity to associate with you which has allowed us to discuss this topic. There are issues if these type of relationships exist between other ACC members who perform votes and ambassadors who then receive payments from ACC members (or did so in the past) and they do not post to social media for obvious reasons.
