Reconsidering Astar's Inflation Rate

The Astar team is working with a 3rd party to review and make a new token economics model. Given even the US government, FED has targeted 2% annual inflation and I think the current inflation rate of Astar Network is high. I personally think it is better to make it lower for the coming months, and we are on the right way to make it smaller. To do so, we have multiple ways.
