The proposal was requesting $353,950 worth of ASTR tokens.

With Subscan’s current EMA7 ($0.163), $353,950 is equivalent to 2,171,472.3926 ASTR tokens.

The foundation will transfer 2,171,472.3926 ASTR tokens to W9cU6iS8br8jxr79J5aFd3ZFkvvE2XhfXNVD1RRkPXikZay (wallet dedicated to manage payments to white hats & immunefi).
