Astar Proposal - Exchange

keep it up :fire: as soon as Astar is in the spotlight for the soneium ecosystem it will be coinbase who wants to list it:sunglasses::heart:

True, big exchanges focus on their own profit first.

By listing new tokens, they make bigger profits, especially when the market goes up. A well-known token like Astar is reliable, but it just doesn’t offer the same massive payoff.

The idea is fantastic! Of course, it won’t be easy, but if it can be organized, it would be amazing. It’s an important step that will bring in a lot of new audiences and more attention to Astar!

will appreciate if you can eloborate those hefty allocations please.

acting like a garage band with one digit social media interactions, while even coinbase like exchange’s small MC coins have access to US consumers money flow, will not bring good marketting results for astar.

Small but mine mentality will lose your current investors appetite in no time.

Thank you very much for the proposal. It’s a really interesting idea. I completely agree that entering multiple exchanges, especially large exchanges like Coinbase, will help more people access Astar. I understand that each exchange has different conditions, including liquidity and various costs. Still, it’s a good idea. Looking at it positively, as we grow organically, with utility and various activities, one day these conditions might become easier to manage. =)

Thanks for the answer, Maarten.

Users often think that listing on an exchange is as simple as sending an email and having the ticker show up for everyone
but it’s a business game, folks! If the exchange doesn’t profit, they won’t list.

Of course, a listing would increase ASTR’s reach in the U.S. market, but allocating part of the tokens for this doesn’t seem sustainable to me, especially considering the likelihood of a dump.

Besides, Astar is already listed on Binance US, if I’m not mistaken.
