This proposal seeks retroactive compensation for contributions made by Marco Da Rocha (Pitcoin), a long-standing Astar Ecosystem Agent and current Community Council Member, for the period of December 2024 to March 2025.

As a General Agent representing Brazil, Pitcoin has actively contributed across five key areas: Community Management, Governance Engagement, Social Media, Content Creation, and Astar Evangelism on Soneium. His efforts include managing local communities, producing educational content and translations, supporting governance processes, and promoting Astar’s presence on Soneium (Ethereum L2).

Over this 4-month period, Pitcoin published 15+ original articles, 1 interview, 1 tutorial, completed 18 translations, maintained daily community engagement, participated consistently in 71 governance discussions, and generated over 270,000 impressions across social platforms.

Requested Amount: 121,212 ASTR (~$4000)
Valuation Basis: EMA30 of $0.033 as of April 1, 2025
