Hi everyone 
I’m sharing my Q4 2025 report and proposal for the Community Treasury Tips Program, covering my activities and contributions from October to December 2025.
During this quarter, I continued to dedicate my time, energy, and passion to supporting the Italian Astar & Soneium community, with a strong focus on education, clarity, and accessibility — especially in a period rich in important updates and structural changes for the ecosystem.
Main Focus Areas
Governance & Forum Engagement (GOV)
In Q4, I remained actively involved in governance and forum discussions, contributing with comments focused on clarity, feasibility, and community understanding.
I also maintained a consistent presence in on-chain governance voting, continuing my long-term commitment to Astar’s decentralized decision-making process.
A key goal of my governance activity is not only participation, but also making governance more understandable for the community — often summarizing and explaining proposals through my social channels.
Community Management (CM)
I actively managed the Astar Italia and Soneium Italia Telegram groups, supporting users, answering questions, and keeping the community informed on a daily basis.
In parallel, I stayed consistently active in the “GENERAL” channel of the Astar Network Discord, sharing important updates and helping users stay aligned with the latest developments.
I also continue to manage the Italian subchannel on the Soneium Discord, assisting Italian users with questions, updates, and guidance.
Building a healthy, informed, and welcoming Italian community remains one of my main priorities.
Social Media Engagement (SM)
During Q4, I continued producing Italian-language content across my social channels, with the goal of making Astar and Soneium updates, governance topics, and ecosystem changes as clear and accessible as possible for the local community.
All my content is based on original storytelling and custom visuals, designed to simplify complex topics and make information easier to understand for users of all experience levels.
Content Creation (CC)
During Q4, my content creation focused heavily on explaining the many important updates that took place across Astar and Soneium, with particular attention to:

Community Calls recaps

Ecosystem updates

Governance-related changes

Educational content & tutorials
To achieve this, I increasingly used “Sonny”, the AI assistant I created specifically for the Italian community.
Sonny was used to deliver clear, simple, and approachable recap videos, especially for Community Calls, ensuring that users who couldn’t attend the live sessions — or who are less comfortable with English — could still stay fully informed.
The goal is to make sure that Italian users can easily stay up to date, regardless of language or technical background.
Future Direction
I will continue working with the same dedication to:

Explain upcoming changes and evolutions in the ecosystem in a simple way

Continue using Sonny for educational and recap content

Strengthen the Italian community across Telegram, Discord, and social platforms

Keep producing educational content that lowers the barrier to entry for Web3 and Astar
