We need more clarity from the team, in my opinion.
There is still a lot of confusion speaking among the members of the community, let alone who should go inside Soneium / Astar, and this pains me to say, it cannot be a fault attributable only to users, surely so far we have not worked well at the communication level.
As already suggested by someone, I sincerely hope that the SONEIUM Team will do everything that is right to give prestige and value to the token $ASTR.
I am in favor of the 100M grant but as long as it is CLEAR TO EVERYONE (and the Soneium team must think about this) that $ASTR is the leading token of the SONEIUM ecosystem.
The games made of enigmatic posts and half words are now over … the Mainnet has finally come out, NOW YOU NEED TO GO TO THE FACTS.
To add more context of the proposal, making ASTR the core asset of Soneium and driving Web3 real-world adoption with Astar Collective leveraging Sony’s channels is the motivation.
Depending on the content of the planned Soneium campaign, the attempt to promote ASTR adoption on Soneium by daring to distribute more ASTRs this time may be successful.
Also, the number of ASTR holders on Soneium is currently 1293 accounts, but this number could be greatly expanded.
If the intention is to attract attention at ACS to increase ASTR distribution, TVL, and activity, and then to further expand ASTR adoption with a campaign from Soneium, then this seems acceptable.
However, I would still like to increase the ASTR multiplier.
All the ACS will be allocated to dApp users, ensuring every ASTR goes to them.
I do not agree on this. LFGM was a campaign on testnet, and is already rewarded. In that sense, we should allocate ACS to every campaign proceeded within the Astar ecosystem.
That makes sense. we should set a higher multiplier on ASTR.
However, I believe that to position ASTR as the main currency within another large ecosystem, a bold move is necessary.
I agree that we need something like an autumn campaign to prevent ASTR from being dumped. I’d love to hear more ideas from the community and will come up with some of my own later.
As I replied to @SasoLithops 's comment, I believe that to position ASTR as the main currency within another large ecosystem, a bold move is necessary.
I agree that a higher multiplier should be adjusted for ASTR. I’ll gather more input from the community and work on setting it higher.
Longer campaign & vesting schedule: This could discourage users from participating in the campaign, which would slow ASTR adoption within the Superchain ecosystem. I believe time is the most critical factor.
LFGM campaign participation rewards: LFGM participants have already been rewarded, so I disagree with this suggestion.
