Aradia Final Report: Building Bridges and Strengthening the Astar Ecosystem

Hello, Astar Community!

We have reached the end of our fourth month, a journey that has been as challenging as it has been rewarding. We are fully aware that both the ecosystem and the broader market are navigating complex times. However, at Aradia, we view these conditions not as a setback, but as an opportunity to pivot, refine our vision, and build the essential infrastructure that Astar needs to thrive.

This month has been dedicated to expansion and active negotiations for future collaborations with key projects. We are deep in talks to integrate our tools with other platforms, alongside continuous UI/UX refinements. We aren’t just building dApps; we are building the entry point for the next wave of users.

Over the past months, we have transitioned from a vision to a fully functional suite of tools. Here is the final breakdown of the Aradia infrastructure:

1. Token & NFT Factories (Mainnet & Testnet)

We have successfully deployed our ERC-20 and ERC-721 Factories. Users can now mint tokens and NFT collections with zero coding knowledge. This decentralizes the power of creation, allowing anyone from artists to developers to launch their ideas on Astar instantly.

2. The Aradia Vault System (Refuel & Liquidity)

  • DepositVault (EVM) & AstarVault: These are the heart of our liquidity strategy. Both are fully implemented and have been battle-tested on the Shibuya Testnet.
  • Aradia Refuel: This is our most strategic launch. We identified that the lack of accessible liquidity is a major barrier. Aradia Refuel allows users to exchange ETH for ASTR seamlessly. This doesn’t just help the user; it increases the volume and liquidity of the entire ecosystem.

Important Note: We have the system ready to go. We are currently waiting for the Astar Treasury to approve our proposal to officially launch and enable the Refuel Vault.

3. Creator Empowerment & Profile Visualization

  • Creator Panel: A transparent dashboard where creators can claim fees from their collection mints in real-time.
  • Unified Profile: You can now visit aradia.app/profile to see every NFT and ERC-20 token you hold across both Mainnet and Testnet.

UI/UX Redesign:

Infrastructure is useless if it’s not intuitive. We have recently rolled out a significant UI/UX redesign. We’ve streamlined the flow, reduced clicks for minting, and polished the visual identity of Aradia to ensure a smoother onboarding for every user.

Most Iconic Milestones: Astar Collaboration & Refuel

Our journey has been marked by two major achievements that define our value to the network:

  • The Burndrop Gateway: Serving as the official infrastructure for users to visualize their Astar Burndrop Passport remains our most iconic milestone. It proved that Aradia is a reliable partner for the Foundation.
  • Aradia Refuel: This stands as our most memorable innovation, being the first native solution of its kind in the ecosystem to solve the liquidity gap directly, positioning Aradia as a pioneer in Astar’s growth.

Community & The Hispanic Powerhouse

We believe that code alone doesn’t build ecosystems; people do. We are doubling down on the Hispanic community, one of the largest and most active in the world.

To move beyond “passive marketing,” we will soon begin 1-on-1 Live Sessions in collaboration with prominent members of the Polkadot Mexican Collective.

  • Direct Mentorship: We will sit down with users to teach them how to use our tools, build on Astar, and explore the ecosystem.
  • Breaking the Screen: These interactive sessions will start very soon. Our goal is to solve doubts in real-time and provide the personal motivation the community needs to build alongside us.

Impact Metrics: A Growing Global Footprint

We want to conclude this period by sharing the real-world impact Aradia is already having as a primary gateway for the network:

  • Platform Reach & Ecosystem Entry: According to our latest Cloudflare analytics, we have surpassed 3.5k unique visitors in the last 30 days.

  • Engagement Levels: We have processed over 175.65k total requests, reflecting a high level of recurring interest from users actively exploring the Astar ecosystem through our tools.

  • Global User Base: Our platform is successfully attracting talent and users worldwide, with over 260 connected users spanning more than 40 countries.

Why Refuel over Marketplace?

Some may wonder about the Marketplace. While it remains a core pillar of Aradia, we made a strategic decision: Liquidity must come first. A marketplace without easy ways to acquire ASTR is like a house without a door. By focusing on the Refuel system first, we eliminate the primary friction point for both new and existing users, ensuring the ecosystem is liquid and ready for high-volume trading before we fully scale our NFT operations.

We are infinitely grateful for the support and the approval to be part of the dApp Staking program. Our commitment to Astar is long-term. We are not just delivering tools; we are delivering a gateway for new users and a home for developers.

The infrastructure is ready. The community is growing. The future is on-chain.

Thank you for building with us!

Great updates you’re sharing with us, @Aradia!

I’m especially glad to see the progress in the creation of NFT collections and all the visual improvements in the application. Congratulations on the effort you’ve put into building within the Astar Collective.

If the Astar Collective does not approve your request, do you have a backup plan?

On another note, as I understand it, Aradia is considering taking a different direction. Could you share more details with us about this?

Thank you for your words! We are very proud of the growth in the Astar Ecosystem, Regarding your questions:

If the proposal is not approved, our priority remains generating volume and sustainable revenue. We are currently working on integrating a liquidity aggregator using protocols that already support Soneium.

Due to current Astar RPC limitations lack of support for state overrides, we are focusing these specific aggregator implementations on Soneium for now. However, if our proposal is approved, we can launch it immediately. If not, we will continue to build our ASTR reserves through protocol fees until we can self-fund the Mainnet launch.

We are not abandoning our initial plan, we are evolving it to ensure recurring user visits. We realized that users need more than just an NFT marketplace—they need daily utility.

Our main goal is to create a consistent gateway. While integration is often faster on Soneium due to existing tools.

Our initial plan remains unchanged; however, we have decided to implement these new features on Soneium first because the existing tools and infrastructure allow for a much faster and easier deployment.
This strategy does not mean we are leaving Astar. We are continuing to develop all necessary infrastructure on Astar in parallel, while implementing these features on Soneium first simply allows us to move faster toward making the protocol self-sustainable.
Because given the current market conditions, our dApp Staking rewards currently only cover our monthly maintenance and infrastructure costs.

Hello @Aradia Team,

We would like to inform you that Aradia’s first UCG participation term officially expired on March 1st, marking the completion of the approved 4-month period.

Following this natural expiration, the motion to remove the UCG allocation from the Aradia dApp will be submitted in governance.

As previously discussed within the Community Council, and for transparency toward all teams, no new projects will be admitted into the UCG Program until there is clarity on its future direction.

For this reason, and in line with the conclusion of the approved participation period, Aradia will be delisted from the UCG Program.

We thank you for your participation and contributions during this first term.
