Claiming AStar Tokens

Hi
My Astar tokens still show locked and I can’t seem to find a way to unlock them from dApp. See Attached.

When I go to https://portal.astar.network/astar/assets and try to connect polkadot wallet nothings happens. How can I unlock the tokens and how can I transfer them to say my Binance account?
Appreciate any guidance from the astar admins.

If you voted on any governance proposal, you need to unlock them.

Go to https://astar.subsquare.io/
Click on Account
Click on Unlock

If they are not unlockable yet, you need to wait for the referendum to end before you can release them.
