CodeRejected - issues instantiating contract

When loading my contract (created using Rust, ink! 5.1.1) I get the error seen in the image. Can this be due to compatibility issues, i.e. one of my dpenedencies being too “new”? What can i do to mitigate this?

On Substrate Contracts UI, I use Astar Shibuya and ink v5.
