Small update about the oracle solution & more dynamic tier config recalculation:

- Solution has been implemented & tested few weeks ago, and now it will be integrated into Shibuya, Shiden & Astar
- In short, this means tier config will be updated before each new era starts
- The price base will be moving average price within 7-day window
- when initial solution was deployed,
ASTRprice was around 0.18$, now it’s more around 0.10$ so expect to see increase of rewards per tier - Since reward pool is limited, if
ASTRrewards go up, tier capacities go down, while tier entry thresholds go up (this is described in the docs)

Solution should be live on Astar by the end of month.
