Iām sorry to ask this, but since many users are asking about the current status, I would appreciate it if you could reach out to Neemo and check with them.
I only know that the official Neemo staff members have deactivated their X accounts.
I still have over 500k Astar to recover.. this total silence after months is truly alienating.
I donāt think thereās any chance of recovering it. Iāve lost money on it too. No one wants to pursue it, no one wants to get involved. Even if we respond, it seems pointless.
If the project team is truly unresponsive, they should at least notify us victims. Now weāre left wondering what to do.
Please share updates.

Regarding the situation with Neemo, I asked Maarten to check whether he could get in contact with Seiya, and it seems he did receive a response. However, he appears to be saying that āthere are no new updates at the moment,ā and no further information has been provided. Maarten mentioned that he will continue trying to stay in touch in order to draw out any additional information if possible.

Chunk1 users who withdrew before the hack have still not received their refunds from Phase 1 and are living in anxiety.
We sincerely hope that concrete progress will be made on the compensation process.

I personally donāt have high expectations that they will share any updates in the near future.

I believe some of the Neemo team members were also involved with Starlay, and Starlay participated in the Incubation Program. Would it be possible to reach out through a different channel using the information obtained during that period?
Alternatively, this could include any information gathered through previous collaborations with Neemo. Neemo was also part of the Soneium Spark program, if I recall correctly.
It seems there may be limits to what can be accomplished through Telegram or other social media channels alone.
Iām able to talk with Sheiya but the issue is that there is no updates from his side and he is not able to share anything with me. He counts on the other product to solve this issue but based on what I can see, not much is happening there to be able to resolve Sheiyaās issue with Neemo.

I see, so it is still possible to get in contact with them.
I understand that it may not be feasible to fully repay all liabilities at this stage. However, the issue is that even matters that should already be resolvableāsuch as repayments to the Chunk 1 users (those who had unstaked before the exploit)āstill appear to be stalled. This is something that should be possible to address even under the current circumstances, so I would at least hope to see progress on that front.
At a minimum, any ASTR that can reasonably be returned should be repaid.
