I’m sorry to ask this, but since many users are asking about the current status, I would appreciate it if you could reach out to Neemo and check with them.
I only know that the official Neemo staff members have deactivated their X accounts.
I still have over 500k Astar to recover.. this total silence after months is truly alienating.
I don’t think there’s any chance of recovering it. I’ve lost money on it too. No one wants to pursue it, no one wants to get involved. Even if we respond, it seems pointless.
If the project team is truly unresponsive, they should at least notify us victims. Now we’re left wondering what to do.

I withdrew during the subvoting period and was just waiting for my ASTR to be returned.
Please start the refund process for chunk1 users.
Regarding the situation with Neemo, I asked Maarten to check whether he could get in contact with Seiya, and it seems he did receive a response. However, he appears to be saying that “there are no new updates at the moment,” and no further information has been provided. Maarten mentioned that he will continue trying to stay in touch in order to draw out any additional information if possible.

Chunk1 users who withdrew before the hack have still not received their refunds from Phase 1 and are living in anxiety.
We sincerely hope that concrete progress will be made on the compensation process.

I can assure you that the Astar Foundation has made every possible effort to provide a clear response to our community regarding this matter. Unfortunately, this ultimately depends on the Neemo Finance team, which has not provided a response with a specific timeline.
