NEET Labz - Updates

NEET is a project I am following. The new dApp looks quite useful.

It is very useful in terms of reducing costs.

Hi @Amin, glad to see the new features and continuous development. I would like to use the bulk transfer whenever in need, very excited! Already have a few NEETs, so I am quite curious how it goes

Regardless of the continous development and contribution to the ecosystem, it is unfortunate to see relatively low staking engagement, currently below 60k, compared to over 1.5M during the voting subperiod (see dApp staking data by @tksarah). If the targeted amount mentioned below is 100M staked for development of Fractal RED, perhaps it would be beneficial to establish some gradual strategies to achieve such.

I’m not sure, but if there are plans for NEET to migrate to Soneium L2, then it might be a good idea to prepare testnet activities to attract more users to your dAppstaking.

Hi @pithecus,

Thank you for your enthusiasm about the new features like bulk transfer! It’s great to hear you’re excited to try them out and that you’ve already acquired a few NEETs. I’m confident you’ll enjoy how it all comes together.

Regarding staking engagement, our dApp is currently at level 4 with 1.56M $ASTR staked. While this is a strong start, we recognize there’s still work to be done to reach our 100M $ASTR goal for the development of Fractal RED. We’re exploring various strategies to boost participation, including potential testnet activities and considering a migration to Soneium L2, if the support is there.

Our future with Soneium is somewhat uncertain at the moment. We’ve made significant investments in the Astar zkEVM for two of our dApps. Unfortunately, the NEET NFT mint didn’t perform as expected, so we’ve had to allocate additional resources to ensure these dApps meet our high standards. If there is strong support, we’re open to delivering more dApps on Soneium, but it’s important to emphasize that high-quality development requires substantial time and investment.

Thank you again for your support and valuable input. We’re committed to delivering the best and look forward to continuing this journey together.

Thanks for the update! Pretty exciting to finally see some movement with respect to staking, and some new features. Eagerly awaiting what’s next, and all in all, full support to the Focus on Quality development. Thumbs up, keep up the good work!

I may recommend to take into consideration the development on Soneium  If promoted and managed properly I think this can give a huge visibility to the NEET dApp.
It is possible to use various strategies such as partnerships with all that dApps which were built on Astar zkEVM, creating a marking plan for stake to airdrop model and ride the hype of Sony going to Web3.
Honestly I would really like to play Fractal RED so in future I may help You with all mentioned ideas :+1:

Thank you for the recommendation regarding Soneium. Currently, our strategy is firmly focused on the Astar zkEVM platform. With the network’s impending shutdown, the financial commitments we’ve made towards Astar zkEVM are unfortunately at risk, making it challenging for us to explore a transition to Soneium at this time.

I truly appreciate your interest in Fractal RED and your willingness to assist. Should our UCG proposal be approved, we’ll have the necessary budget to continue development and explore new opportunities, including potential ventures with Soneium.

In the meantime, I’d like to invite you to support us by staking in our dApp. Your participation would significantly benefit our ongoing projects and help us through this transition.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

On behalf of the entire Astar team and ambassadors, you as dApps creators in Astar and Astar zkEVM count on our support to help you in your transition to Soneium.

I understand that you have acquired financial responsibilities with Astar zkEVM, as you rightly mentioned, but I ask you to look at the transition to Soneium as the preliminary network for your big project.

As a staker of your dApp, I will continue to support your great project!
