Reason for Delisting Proposal
The Astar Community Council recommends the delisting of Zenlink for the following reasons:

Inactivity: The project has not demonstrated any development activity or community engagement for the past numerous months, indicating possible abandonment.

Non-compliance: Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct guidelines and expectations set forth by the Astar Community Council, including but not limited to:
- Lack of transparency with the community: No public Astar-centric communications in over 6 months.
- Failure to meet the deadlines specified in the guidelines or by the Council/Community
- Individual messages were sent to 3 team members with no response.
- Insufficient engagement on social media and absence of updates

Lack of Value Contribution: The project has not demonstrated meaningful contribution to the Astar ecosystem in terms of TVL, community participation, or on-chain activity.

- Lack of activity on social platforms, including Discord and X.
- Failure to fill out the ecosystem wide survey and respond to the outreach the council has done.
