Governance & Ecosystem Engagement:
Over 45 governance contributions (April–June) across Astar Forum and Subsquare, actively participating in on-chain proposals and discussions.

Content Creation:
2 educational videos (total 34K+ views), 2 high-impact educational events (1 IRL university presentation, 1 X Space), and 27’den fazla of educational posts across Twitter.

Social Media Impact:
46 content posts during Q2 with 182,800 total impressions, reaching a general impression count of 944,600. Posts covered campaign guides, ecosystem news, and deep DeFi insights.

Event Organization:
Hosted 1 IRL event (100+ attendees) and 1 online X Space focused on Soneium TGE and Astar’s agenda, increasing direct engagement with local users.

Purpose of the Proposal:

This proposal aims to recognize and retroactively compensate the contributions made during Q2/2025 as an Astar Ecosystem Agent. With 26+ months of dedication to Astar, I continue to focus on community engagement, governance participation, and high-impact educational content, especially within Turkey. My goal is to help Astar evolve into a financially sustainable, multi-ecosystem-native protocol by contributing through local empowerment, DeFi strategy, and community alignment.

We’re in the middle of a system shutdown and breach and all you guys are concerned with getting paid.

You don’t actually do anything significant and this is the reason why the token is tanking.

Why arn’t you guys trying to improve processes or ensure dApps are legit?

You were part of the Neurolanch problem (i have screenshot’s saved of you saying you work for NL aswell as you corresponding with Leo if you want to try and deny - please do)

You heavily marketed and sold that Neuro token and faced no accountability.

These payments are all not justified and should be stopped immediately in my opinion.

I do more work for this eco than all of you and don’t want any payment - you guys should follow suit if you actually have passion for Astar ecosystem.

I actually just read through your report

All your screenshots are blurry and unreadable.

Exactly 100 people attending your presentation? Looks like a quarter of that anyway

You want 2,500 USD for this and posting in the forum with messages saying “thank you”

It actually all makes sense now why all of the messages from everyone seems spammy in here.

Ye’re all pumping up your metrics to get paid. JFC

Greetings FFR23, if the image quality of the posts is poor, you can check them on Linkedin:

The number of participants is around 100~. Same as the number of participants taking the course. The footage of the classroom was taken towards the end of the lesson and at some point people may have come out. Also, it is quality, not quantity, that matters here. Organizing an IRL event is more labor-intensive than organizing an online event. You’re not anonymous and you get to interact with people face to face and tell them things.

I understand that you don’t know much about the responsibilities of an ambassador. In case of a shutdown and violations, it is not our obligation to resolve them. This is the job of the development team, we are not developers. Our job is to communicate this process to our communities and minimize any inconvenience (I have attached an image below of the warning I sent to local community groups).

Also, regarding NL, I gave you very clear answers about NL in the AFC application, but it seems that you insist on not understanding the issue. Please read our previous messages more properly. Also, some of your statements and accusations about me are accusatory and unpleasant.

As for “all ambassadors are interested in getting paid”, the Contribution Report submission deadline is decided by the members of the “Community Council”, not us, and we are obliged to submit our Reports by the deadline “submit no later than x days”. The shutdown and the violation coincided with the deadline for submitting a report, and the two issues have a connection. As I said, our duties are different in case of breach.

Exactly 100 people is a made up figure.

This speech to a college class does not justify 2,500 USD. Exactly 0 of these kids bought Astar afterwards.

You have no real responsibilities - you’re using post metrics from this forum as a reason to get paid.

You had a paid role with NL as business development - it was literally your job to promote a scam project , and presumably get paid in Astar and / or Neuro token.

Where is the false accusation here? Please educate me.

You never actually apologised for your role in the NL scam - you had an inside role with the project and never raised the alarm.

You never apologised to the community who lost their hard earned money on the back of your shilling and marketing either.

You seen to have swept it under the rug and now you are claiming from the Astar treasury directly now.
