Hello everyone 
This post summarizes my Q4 2025 (October–December) contributions as an Astar Ecosystem Agent representing Turkey, focused on high-impact ecosystem growth across Astar and Soneium.
Summary of Contributions
- Business Development: Integrated the Krews team into Astar, providing Snapshot and Validator infrastructure support.
- IRL Event & Onboarding: Organized an Astar-focused IRL meetup with KozaDAO, onboarding users and engaging developers and node operators.
- Community Management: Actively managed and supported 4 Astar & Soneium community groups (Telegram & Discord).
- Governance: Contributed 37 interactions on Astar Forum and Subsquare.
- Content & Education: Produced educational content including a Burndrop explainer and published 2 local-language weekly bulletins.
- Social Media: Generated 35,000+ impressions and launched the Astar Turkey X account, achieving 100% growth in Q4.
