Dear Community,
During Q3, our main activities included content creation, translation of useful articles, and the handover of the Peers Program, an initiative focused on archive nodes. In Q4, we plan to exhibit at a long-standing open-source event in Japan.
In Q4, there may be developments within Astar and in Japan that could impact the market, so I plan to create timely and well-targeted tutorials and other resources.

Future Plans
- Outreach to recruit new participants for the Peers Program
- Planning joint hackathons and other events with the NEMTUS community (schedule TBD)
- Scheduled for October 25, an exhibition at the “Open Source Conference”
- Updates to the dApp Staking statistical data site (https://agent.sun-t-sarah.work/)
- A custom-designed portal site compiling key links for Astar and Soneium (targeted at Japanese users)
- Continued support for the Peers Program and developer support within Soneium Discord
- Ongoing efforts to enhance engagement in the Facebook group community for Japanese businesses

It would be helpful to include the GOV votes in the SUMMARY TABLE within the contributor summary. This would make governance participation more visible and easier to evaluate.
Additional screen data showing CM activities—such as logs from COMBOT or other Telegram tools—would strengthen the visibility of community engagement and support future assessments.
I will share the evaluation sheet additionally once it is ready.
