Q4 2025 Contribution Report - tksarah/Technical

Dear Community,

In Q4, I was able to deepen my technical knowledge of node operations, which I believe will be valuable for the Astar Peers Program. As of December 2025, I concluded my roughly one-year role on the Community Council, and moving forward, I hope to broaden my activities as an Agent. In particular, I expect to have more capacity to create content and plan to increase my output in that area. With several activities already scheduled for the first quarter of 2026, I aim to contribute proactively and with strong momentum.

Summary

The main activity categories are Governance, Create contents, Developer support, and Others ( Additionally one activity )

Here are the main topics:

  • Developer support(mainly Astar Peers Program) for Astar Network
  • Management for the Astar Peers Program (Initiatives to promote the deployment of archive nodes at global locations)
  • Content creation (1 article, 1 tutorial)
  • Exhibiting at “Open Source Conference 2025 Tokyo/Fall”

Future Plans

Confirmed Plans

  • January 2026: Outreach activities to recruit new participants for the Peers Program (Season 3 recruitment has already begun at the time of submitting this report.)
  • February 2026: Exhibiting and speaking at Open Source Conference 2026 Tokyo/Spring
  • March 2026: Serving as a judge at the NEMTUS Hackathon 2026 (https://hackathon-2026.nemtus.com/)

Additional Planned Activities

  • Updating the dApp Staking statistical data site (https://agent.sun-t-sarah.work/) — low priority
  • Creating a custom portal site for Japanese users that compiles key links for Astar and Soneium
  • Continuing Peers Program support and developer assistance within the Soneium Discord
  • Ongoing efforts to enhance engagement in the Facebook group community for Japanese businesses
