Unstoppable Community Grants (UCG) Next Steps

I have two opinions:

• UCG should be continued: UCG is a good tool for onboarding projects to the Astar Network.
• UCG grant content should be changed: Currently, the developer reward distribution method for dApp Staking v3 is being revised for improvement. Once this is fixed and the new method is deployed, I would like to discuss the content of the UCG grant.

Thanks for the explanation! Let me get this straight just to confirm. ASTRs for free slots have been burned up to now, but will be used for rank rewards. However, rank rewards are limited to the ASTR rewards of the free slots. ASTRs not used up for rank rewards will be burned. I have a few questions on that. is it correct to assume that there is no rank reward for Tier1? Also, on a different matter, Metadomo received support from UCG during the transition from dApp Staking v2 to v3. As a result, the grant they were originally supposed to receive was reduced. I believe that projects that were adopted by UCG at the dApp Staking v2 stage should receive the grants they were originally supposed to receive. What do you all think about this point?

Although we would like to continue, I have some questions about the UCG program since the changes of staking v3.

We applied for UCG during dapp staking v2, and during it dapp staking v3 was activated. This changed the staking rewards we calculated from UCG significantly, we are earning less than 1/3 of v2 calculations.
