As Season 4 of ACS is coming to an end, I’d like to share the performance of ACS discretionary projects during this season and provide updates for Season 5.

Strategic Allocation will be distributed with the start of Season 5.
- Astar Surge (2.5%): Rewards users who participated in Astar Surge and bridged liquidity to Soneium. The snapshot was taken on February 16th, UTC+0, and 2,313 users are eligible.
- Soneium Creator Contest (0.5%): Encourages community creativity through a meme contest by SoneFi, aiming to boost Soneium’s TVL and foster a meme-driven economy. Kicking off with Season 5, the contest will feature both daily and seasonal winners through the end of the ACS campaign. More details will be shared through SoneFi and Astar’s official channels.
- Astar Expansion NFTs (0.5%): A flexible reserve to support the community. The snapshot was taken on March 1st, UTC+0, and 32,099 users are eligible.
Asset Multiplier Adjustment for TVL-based Allocation
No multiplier will be adjusted and no new assets will be added.
Performance of Discretionary Projects
During Season 4, 21 projects participated in the discretionary allocation:

- Description: A Multi-Chain Web3 Utility Hub offering comprehensive services such as Web3 Name Service, NFT Aggregator, and Launchpad.
- Distribution Rule: Minting NFTs and launching NFTs/collections
ACS allocations for Season 5 are determined based on quantitative factors(primarily gas consumption) and qualitative factors(ASTR utility, attracting real users, marketing impact, etc.)
The split between Consumer & Gaming applications and DeFi has been adjusted.
