The 1st Week of the LFGM campaign is complete! And with it an assortment of updates for our communities participants and observers. Let’s take a look at some of the stats so far:

  • :arrow_forward: Total Projects participating: 30
  • :arrow_forward: Total GMs collected: 168k+
  • :arrow_forward: Total Quest completed: 110k+
  • :arrow_forward: Total unique participants: 4200+

We’d like to thank each participant - no matter how many GMs you’ve collected - for supporting this campaign. Our aim is to showcase the strong teams on both the Astar and Soneium ecosystem while highlighting the ASTR token and its utility across both chains.

That being said, and seeing how we have weekly segments of the campaign with different variables impacting how we chose winners, the prizes themselves and even the participating projects, we are making some updates. Just like a proper testnet, we’ve taken the feedback and implemented a few changes. You can check them out in this post: Update Week 42

Next, we’d like to announce the winners of the LFGM prizes! For week 1 we used the “Total GM” category ranking. We’ll be contacting them soon with further details about prizes.

In LFGM Week 2 we say thank you and until later to a handful of teams, but we’ll also bring you some new teams. Each team will now have the “Daily GM” check-in task so you can GM and get one back. Each GM is a sign of support for Astar and Soneium as we quite literally aim to Go Mainstream with each of you.

I’m very happy to see these numbers regarding LFGM WEEK 1! We are doing very well and we must try to keep this interest high towards the campaign and the collection of GMs. I believe that some additional “special” events to the campaign will be helpful in the next few weeks so as not to lose the enthusiasm and participation of users in the campaign. I believe that another 4/5 weeks of just check-ins and project tasks could in the long run become demotivating for users.

I heard that Soneium accounts have seen a huge increase in numbers. This is impressive even though it’s still in the testnet phase. LFGM🚀
