LFGM Week 2 Recap

:sparkles: LFGM Week 2 Recap :sparkles:

The 2nd Week of the LFGM campaign has come to a close. We saw new prizes, new onchain and offchain quest, as well as new teams jumping in. Let’s take a look at some of the stats for this past week:

  • :arrow_forward: Total Projects participating: 24
  • :arrow_forward: Total GMs collected: 420k+
  • :arrow_forward: Total Quest completed: 295k+
  • :arrow_forward: Total unique participants: 7000+

The amount of support each team is getting is greatly appreciated. Teams are receiving feedback, getting suggestions, and overall are getting the exposure they deserve. Our aim is to showcase the strong teams on both the Astar and Soneium ecosystem while highlighting the ASTR token and its utility across both chains.

Our community is getting the chance to try out new products and see the ASTR token be utilized in multiple ways, giving it yet more real utility. Stay on the lookout for new onchain quest from current and future campaign teams as new collabs are forming and new ideas spring forth from them.

Next, we’d like to announce the winners of the LFGM prizes! For week 2 we used the “Onchain GM” category ranking. We’ll be contacting winners soon with further details about prizes.

For Week 3, we’ll use the “Offchain GM” category ranking from which we’ll choose the next winners across all tiers. Completeing those offchain quest supports the teams as well, look for them across all participating projects.

This week the prizes are:

  • :art: Tier 1: BE@RBRICK of Keith Haring 8th Ver. (For those art collectors out there)

In case you haven’t noticed, we add a surprise Tier 5 we are calling “Unlucky?”. All you have to do to be eligible for this tier is have a minimum of 50 GMs. Thats it. We continue to have fun with this testnet campaign and look forward to seeing who wins from this collection of eclectic prizes.

Thank you all once again, enjoy + have fun, and let’s keep GM’ing!

Users need transparency about the weekly rankings with a Sheet so users can check their rankings for the week.

Thanks for sharing this opportunity!

Sounds great! Will provide in the next update one sheet with all rankings at time of snapshot.

With close to 300k quests done, it’s clear the LFGM campaign has the community fully engaged.

Thanks for the recap.

Thanks for the recap.

What are “unique participants” - the wallets used?

LET’S GO ASTAR COMMUNITY!
let’s collect some GM GM GM GM.

The developments are very exciting, but I have a constructive criticism.

Can we use this campaign not only to support the soneium and astarnetwork projects but also to spread the word about the superchain ecosystem?

For example, including projects from the superchain ecosystem in the campaign could lead to a cumulative collaboration with superchain projects that already have an ecosystem.

Astar zkEVM was utilizing aggregated blockchains, but the biggest problem was whether Polygon’s aggregated blockchain was being used yet. But this is not the case in the superchain ecosystem, where every network is made up of networks that actively dominate the market.

To raise awareness of Soneium, it would be great to see some projects from the superchain ecosystem in the LFGM campaign!

Thanks for the recap! On average each participant completed roughly 40 quests, which means that mostly they spent also some time on the LGFM campaign! If possible, displaying news/updates/or even messages on each project page would be beneficial for the participants to get the latest information from each project. Please let me know if more clearification is necessary!

Thanks for the recap. The total of 7000+ unique participants is amazing! It’s great that LFGM is becoming a gateway for people to engage with many projects.

That may be a little off axis.
One of the goals of this campaign is to expand awareness of ASTR to the Soneium community.
We are not just introducing dApps, but projects that are scheduled to launch in Soneium and have ASTR applications. It makes no sense to just introduce superchain dApps. Of course, if those dApps are going to use ASTR, it might be a different story… but for now, there are no such projects.

If there are more such projects after the mainnet launch, it would be worth doing.

That’s exactly what I’m talking about.
It would make sense to include superchain projects that have the potential to use ASTR in the ‘LFGM’.
