Hi, @tksarah
Where can I find the details of the UGC staking platform?
I want to try and estimate/figure out the staking rewards.
Thank you
Ilan
UCG is only staked from Astar’s Treasury, so there is no actual platform.
The amount of staking rewards varies dynamically per ERA based on the dApp Staking Tier/Rank system, making precise predictions difficult, but approximate calculations are possible.
To check how much rewards can be earned, please refer to the dashboard on Astar Portal.
Alternatively, the following page provides more detailed reward calculations, which could be helpful for your own estimations. (Updated as frequently as possible.)
However, due to a data inconsistency issue, I have raised an ISSUE for verification.
So at the moment, this information cannot be used as a reliable reference, so please be aware of that.
Once the issue is resolved, I will notify you.
Thank you @tksarah
Ilan
Thanks for the info again @tksarah
We have a few more quesitons.
I wasn’t sure who to approach with these questions.
You can guide me to someone else that might find it easier to answer these if needed.
Thanks for taking the time to answer.
Ilan
Hi @ilan
1- Rewards displayed are base rewards per era per dApp. actual rewards are also based on your dApp rank which give a bonus on top of the base rewards within a Tier.
2- At the end of each era, rewards will be allocated to your dApp. You then must claim the rewards
3- The Tier will increase automatically but promotion takes 2 eras to be effective in order to prevent Tier manipulation
Note that UCG grant (25M ASTR) has been staked on NFT Bridge dApp which should have promoted it to Tier 3. However, current threshold to Tier 3 is currently at 27M (threshold lvl fluctuate based on ASTR price), ACC is thus currently evaluating if it can increase UCG grand to a higher amount.
We hope you’re doing well! We wanted to let you know that the first term of your UCG grant for the NFTBridge dApp is coming to an end. As a result, ACC will be withdrawing the 25M ASTR support from the NFTBridge dApp at the end of this month unless a prolongation request is posted and accepted. Feel free to post your request directly in this thread!
We truly hope that this support has helped you make great strides with the project! It would be wonderful if you could share a wrap-up post highlighting all the milestones you’ve achieved over these past 4 months. Additionally, sharing your upcoming roadmap would be a great way to keep the community informed and excited about what’s next for NFTBridge.
This will also help build momentum and encourage the community to take the lead in supporting the NFTBridge dApp moving forward.
Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication!
Best regards,
Astar Community Council
Hi Astar Council, and
We appreciate the support we’ve received over the past few months - it’s enabled us to build meaningful infrastructure that connects Astar to new ecosystems and unlocks real utility for NFT holders and communities.
We would like to formally request a renewal of the UCG grant to continue supporting and expanding NFT bridge infrastructure, benefiting Astar users, creators, and DAOs.
What We’ve Accomplished with the First Term:
Thanks to the Council’s support, we’ve made significant progress across technical development, user engagement, and protocol infrastructure:
*DAO participants also need to own an Ambassador NFT
What We’re Doing Next:
VRF-powered Raffle - Launch Users bridging NFTs will enter a Chainlink VRF-powered raffle and earn randomized $TLPT rewards, redeemable directly in the bridge UI.
Supporting More Astar Collections - Working closely with ApeX Chimps and The Age of Chronos, both built on the RMRK protocol. We will be using part of the renewed grant to build a bridge for RMRK NFTs, enabling more Astar-native communities to connect to other chains
Ongoing Support and Expansion - Continue supporting Astar Degens, Algem, and new collections. Maintain Oracle, rewards, and refund infrastructure. Onboard new projects into the bridge and Stellar/Soneium ecosystems.
A Call to the Community
We’ve built this infrastructure because we believe in the value of open interoperability — and in Astar as a creative hub.
While we expected more volume from Astar Degens, adoption has been gradual.
We’ve absorbed the costs of customization and maintenance without charging the DAO or users.
We remain committed to supporting the Astar NFT ecosystem, and we’re confident that as more communities understand the potential of this infrastructure, adoption will grow.
To continue this work, including supporting new protocols like RMRK, covering Oracle operations, and maintaining user incentives, we respectfully request a renewal of the UCG grant.
Thank you to the Council and community for your support and partnership. We’re excited to keep building together.
— Ilan & the NFT Bridges team
Hello @ilan,
NFT Bridges is aligned with what we should be doing within the Astar ecosystem, which is to take care of our resources and create a strong and secure pathway between Astar and Soneium. For this reason, you have my support on your extension proposal.
The UCG program has shown its efficiency in supporting early-stage projects and I’m glad to see the good use we’re making of it by allocating funds to projects like yours.
I wish you much success with your project and thank you for contributing to the Astar ecosystem.
Thank you @Juminstock
We appreciate your support.
I think that the UGC program is incredible, and that other chains should use a similar mechanism to encourage the development and strengthening of the application layers operating on them.
We will continue to build on Astar/Soneium and provide the best infrastructure solutions we can. ![]()

Thanks for the update, it looks like you’ve done a great job. Just one additional comment: how can you help promote Astar’s marketing, including your own? We need dApps to be more committed to publicizing Astar’s developments.
That is an excellent point. @Vangardem
We did an event with Soneium, Astar, Chainlink, and the Possse NFT market when we started.
We are sending out tweets about successful bridging events and will host a major event when we deploy the VRF raffle.
Unfortunately, we are not seeing a lot of commitment from the Astar Degens community.
Only a relatively small number (compared with the overall collection) bridged, even though the bridging is actually free, and we are using the UGC funds to reimburse the bridging fees to users.
If the number of bridging events were bigger and we could have broken some NFT Bridging record, we would have had a way to bring Chainlink back to the table to amplify that.
However, we need a reason to make noise, and it is challenging to do so when the community is very passive about what we have built and offer.
If we can get 1000 NFTs to move over the weekend, we can create a live event in which we follow and record the On-Chain transactions and celebrate every 100 NFTs bridged with a glass of beer
, wine
or milk
We will edit the video, syndicate it on Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn, Email blast, Blog post, and Medium, and get Chainlink and Soneium to amplify it.
Do you want to organize it?
We will work with you to make it a fun and successful event
Just to make it a little more interesting…
I am willing to raffle $ 100,000 TLPT among the users who will be present at the event.
But, only if we bridge 1000 NFTs.
What do you think @VasaKing, and the rest of the community?
Ilan
Thanks for the mention ![]()
I’m happy to see these initiatives, which are always very positive for the community. I think it’s simply difficult to attract interest in NFTs. A few months ago, it was a topic that attracted a lot of artists and digital asset owners, but these days I think there’s much less interest.
Organizing the event is possible, we just need to find a genuine and lasting interest among the owners of these NFTs.
I believe that the challenge for every community is to keep its members active and engaged in participation.
We can only provide the infrastructure, and as I offered above, some incentives for members to participate.
If the AD collection is important for Astar, and its members need to move to Soneium, perhaps it merits some internal discussion to see how you can provide perks/incentives above what we are offering.
Perhaps Soneium should offer a prize/reward to members who bridge their assets to their chain…
I don’t think that any of us can claim to change the sentiment of the NFT market.
We can take local, targeted actions to address specific situations. Maybe the cumulative effects of these will change the sentiment at some point.
Not doing anything is unlikely to change the situation.
Ilan
Perfect, thank you for your response.
I think the idea you’re proposing is great, it’s a fantastic incentive. You’ve got charisma, I hope everything goes well.
You can count on my support, just let me know.
I appreciate the sentiment. @Vangardem
We are willing to do some work to enable this promotion to go through.
I don’t think we can do it on our own. We need some support from the AD community.
If anyone is interested in helping/advising on how to run this campaign successfully, please hit me here, NFT Bridges is willing to work hard to make it happen.
Have a great weekend, @Vangardem
We appreciate your support.
Ilan
AD will definitly be there to support NFT bridge ![]()
But more broadly, we need Astar community in a whole to support project such as yours though their staking and usage of the bridge.
Thank you @Mouthmouth68
I appreciate all the support.
We are willing to do a campaign that can involve the AD community and others.
What would be the best way, in your opinion, to connect with the Astar degens community and others and encourage the use of what we built?
Is there a way to inform the community about the proposed 1000 Bridged NFTs and a 100,000 $TLPT raffled when the target is achieved?
Thanks
Ilan
The best approach is to make the announcement on our Discord and Telegram first. After that, we can include it in our monthly newsletter to ensure broader visibility
