The transaction was confirmed. But the coins did not arrive.
I’m not sure which Tx you are referring to, but it has been frequently reported that the process between Astar EVM and Astar zkEVM in Stargate is delayed.
If you still have the same problem it would be great if you could share more information about the transaction and when it happend exactly. Would be probably easier for you to join the astar discord, where we can help you
