I just cant connect my Polkadot js wallet to Astar dapp and Idont know where my Astars are

Hi, I’ve been trying to contact ASTR support but nobody answer, do you know what can I do since my assets Astars disappeared from my account in Launch dapp, they are somewhere, when I lost a few assets from my metamask wallet I Had the contract’ s transaction code and they were able to get them back, with this Polkadot js nobody helps, nobody answer, I’ve been trying to reach them but nothing.
