This proposal seeks retroactive compensation for the contributions made by Emre Tanış (Mr. Karahanlı), the General Astar Ecosystem Representative representing Turkey since July 2023, for the period December 2024 - March 2025.

As the lead representative of the Turkish community, Emre made significant contributions in four key areas: Community Management, Governance Engagement, Social Media, Content Creation, Business Development - with a focus on both Astar and Soneium ecosystems.

His work includes:

:right_arrow: Announcements, localisation and content driven training of ecosystem campaigns (ACS, Surge, Ecosystem Badge and more…)
:right_arrow: Producing more than 30 high impact content (videos, headlines, memes) with more than 230.000 organic views
:right_arrow: Supporting 30+ governance discussions in Forum and Subsquare
:right_arrow: Inviting @onchaingm to Startale-Soneium HBG programme and getting him involved in Soneium, helping him to bond with the team.
:right_arrow: laid the foundations of a development team for the Astar↔Soneium bridge.
:right_arrow: also planned the next IRL Astar event in Turkey and laid the foundation for future hackathon events and new developer participation.

  • To add real value, it’s important to produce more substantial formats like articles, videos, or memes that better showcase and support the Astar ecosystem.
