This is the proposal for Tip de zkVAN/Eudomar Parra Mendoza, General Agent of the Astar ecosystem since 2020.

  • Application period: December 2024 to March 2025.

zkVan has been collaborating with Astar since before the Astar Ambassadors program was established (before Plasm Network), he has been here since the beginning of everything, creating content, translating articles, supporting Astar and moderating the Astar en Español group of which he is founder, currently he is in charge of initiatives such as “Astar Weekly News” a weekly that has been live for more than 2 years with more than 200 publications, he is also the creator of “Soneium Saga” a general campaign that seeks to visualize new projects that join Astar and Soneium. He has also been an ambassador for Polkadot and other web3 projects.

  • During this period he has been in charge of “Astar Weekly News”, a weekly news system for Astar and Soneium through Substack, generating one publication per week in which he highlights the most important of the ecosystems (Astar / Soneum) keeping the community informed, on the other hand, he has made a space in X about the ACS campaign, and several posts in X with educational content. It has created:

  • Forum posts: 60

  • Social networks: 88.5k impressions

  • Articles: 34

  • Translations: 32

  • Interviews: 1

  • Video: 1

  • Amount requested: 121,212 ASTR (~$4000)

  • Valuation basis: EMA30 of $0.033 as of April 1, 2025.

Q1 2025 Ecosystem Contribution & Rewards Report

Thank you for your contributions to the Astar Network and Soneium Ecosystem.
The Community Council has reviewed your report, and we would like to share the following results.

  • Basic Reward: 77,736 ASTR
  • Bonus Reward: 6,061 ASTR (If there are no specific bonus recipients, this line will not be included.)
    • Relevant Activity: The contribution through ACS video production was impressive, and it seems to have been watched by many users (over 4K).

Summary of Comments from Community Council

  • There were several months with low engagement on the Forum. Although AMAs are difficult to organize and time-consuming, they still have low engagement.
