This is the Tip proposal submitted by zkVAN/Eudomar Parra Mendoza, Astar ecosystem general agent since 2020.
Application period: January 2026 to March 2026.
zkVan has been collaborating with Astar since before the Astar Ambassadors program was created (pre-Plasm Network); he has been here from the beginning, creating content, translating articles, supporting Astar, and moderating the Spanish-language Astar group, of which he is the founder. He is currently in charge of initiatives such as “Astar Weekly News,” a weekly publication that has been running for over two years with more than 200 posts, and is also the creator of “Soneium Saga,” a broad campaign aimed at raising awareness of new projects joining Astar and Soneium. He has also served as an ambassador for Polkadot and other Web3 projects.
Additionally, he is now a member of the Astar Community Council (ACC).
During this period, I have continued to promote “Astar Weekly News,” creating several posts on X with educational content.
I also remain in charge of moderating the Astar Spanish Telegram group, where I keep the community informed and provide support to users.
I have also been very active on the Astar forum, discussing various topics.
