This is the proposal for Tip de zkVAN/Eudomar Parra Mendoza, General Agent of the Astar ecosystem since 2020.

  • Application period: July 2025 to September 2025.

zkVan has been collaborating with Astar since before the Astar Ambassadors program was established (before Plasm Network), he has been here since the beginning of everything, creating content, translating articles, supporting Astar and moderating the Astar en Español group of which he is founder, currently he is in charge of initiatives such as “Astar Weekly News” a weekly that has been live for more than 2 years with more than 200 publications, he is also the creator of “Soneium Saga” a general campaign that seeks to visualize new projects that join Astar and Soneium. He has also been an ambassador for Polkadot and other web3 projects.

  • During this period, I remain very active in generating content in English and Spanish.

  • In September, we held a Space on X with the Spanish-speaking Astar community to show users the latest Astar updates.

  • I also had an AMA with CoineX.

  • Finally, I have written several articles on X explaining the new crypto narrative of stablecoins and asset tokenization focused on Asia and the role played by Startale, Astar Network, and Soneium. I believe that the community should be aware of the new concepts and narratives we are creating, which is why I have focused a lot on this, creating the aforementioned articles shared in a thread on the forum.

  • Other than that, I continue to moderate the Spanish Telegram group, answering questions and sharing content.

Q3 2025 Ecosystem Contribution & Rewards Report

While I wasn’t able to find on-chain vote records in the report this time, I’m confident they’ll be included in future updates to help showcase your governance participation more clearly.

Also, I really appreciated the informative post on X explaining RAW in the context of Astar and Soneium. It was well-crafted and insightful. More articles or threads of that caliber would be a great addition to the ecosystem and help deepen community understanding.

In the supporting document, I included SubSquare at the end, but perhaps I didn’t put it in a very visible place.

I had forgotten to include my participation in OpenSquare.

Thank you, I like governance and will do my best to participate more.

P.S.: I hope that the lack of visibility of my governance data has not affected my rewards, If this is the case, it would be fair to include my participation in on-chain and off-chain governance in the third quarter rewards, as they are one of the new additions to the reward calculation, and I have ultimately complied with this.

Regarding governance, we review activities on the Forum (where not only frequency but also the quality of engagement matters), as well as participation on Subsquare and Opensquare—mainly focusing on voting participation rate and voting power.

If you’re curious about how your voting activity may have influenced your score, please feel free to refer to it as a reference for future contributions.

As you can see, your contributions span a wide range and truly serve as a model for other agents. That said, in our overall assessment, your governance-related activity appeared somewhat less prominent compared to your many other outstanding efforts.

We see this as an area with great potential for growth, and we look forward to your continued engagement.
