Dear Community,
During Q3 2026 (July–September), my contributions focused on supporting Astar developers through the Peers Program, engaging the Japanese community around Astar Fi, and building applications that make ecosystem activity easier to explore. I also continued governance participation and Shiden node operations, adding monitoring and AI-assisted recovery for minor issues.
Summary
Key highlights of the contributions include:
- Governance & Engagement: Contributed to the Astar Forum and facilitated community voting, with a 44.6% participation rate on Subsquare. There was no Opensquare activity during this quarter.
- Community Management: Co-organized a Japanese community event in September, with Astar Fi as the main theme, together with Japan Community Manager Nova and Ambassador you425.
- Developer Support: Continued managing the Astar Peers Program, an initiative supporting archive-node deployment at global locations. Season 3 recruitment remained ongoing, with new members welcomed and supported. The program portal and node dashboard continued to support these activities.
- Content Creation: Published four articles introducing and explaining Astar Fi, along with additional short content about Swapper and ASTAR.
- BUILD: Created Wallet Echo, a web application that visualizes a user’s Astar wallet activity as a character.
- Optional Soneium Contribution: Built a public viewer for Soneium Score results and users’ badge holdings following the end of Soneium Score.
- Technical Operations: Continued operating a Shiden node since October 2025, with temporary interruptions during updates. Added a home-server monitoring system and an AI-powered function that attempts to recover automatically from minor issues.
Future plans include continuing the Peers Program, creating content that follows the latest Astar Fi updates, and exhibiting at a domestic open-source event on October 17, 2026. I plan to continue using AI to create Astar-related content and develop applications that support ecosystem growth.
