As Season 3 of ACS is coming to an end, I’d like to share the performance of ACS discretionary projects during this season and provide updates for Season 4.

Asset Multiplier Adjustment for TVL-based Allocation
The multipliers for assets below will be adjusted:
- USDC: 1.1x → 1.2x
A new asset is added:
- SolvBTC.JUP: 0.8x
Performance of Discretionary Projects
During Season 3, 21 projects participated in the discretionary allocation:
- 12 Consumer & Gaming applications
- 9 DeFi projects

ACS Allocations for Discretionary Projects in Season 4
No new projects are joining in Season 4.
ACS allocations for Season 4 are determined based on quantitative factors(primarily gas consumption) and qualitative factors(ASTR utility, attracting real users, marketing impact, etc.)
