Hello @Aradia, I really like your proposal and I’m glad to see how well it aligns with the Astar ecosystem. Its inclusion in the UCG would be great. I also appreciate that it’s mainly focused on Astar.

I just have one question: you’re setting high metrics, how do you plan to achieve them? What is your user acquisition strategy to accomplish this?

Hello! Thanks a lot for your feedback ::raising_hands::

Regarding user acquisition and engagement, we have several systems of recurrence planned to keep users active on a daily basis while rewarding them for participation:

  • Daily login incentives to encourage consistency.
  • Referral system to organically grow the user base.
  • Gamified mechanics such as a roulette and the possibility to “bet” tokens, both individually (e.g. coin flip) and collectively (e.g. lottery-style).
  • Leaderboard progression where users can climb the ranks to access exclusive rewards, token drops, and other incentives.

Additionally, we want every user action to leave its footprint on-chain, allowing us to measure metrics in a secure and transparent way—without risks of database manipulation, data loss, or inconsistencies. This ensures both trust and reliability in the system.

Beyond gamification, we are also planning a broader user acquisition and awareness strategy:

  • Cross-promotion with Astar & Soneium official channels.
  • Presence at Web3 events and regional activations (LATAM, SEA, EU) to attract new users and partners.
  • Partnerships with NFT guilds, gaming collectives, and artist communities.
  • Educational content (threads, TikTok/Reels/Shorts) to onboard non-Web3 creators.
  • Quests + whitelist rewards.
  • Flagship launches with known artists & brands to generate hype.
  • Community spotlights featuring creators and collections built on Aradia.

For long-term retention, we’ll introduce seasonal competitions, DAO governance rights for active users, and continuous gamification updates to keep the experience fresh and engaging.

We believe this combined approach—on-chain transparency, gamified mechanics, and a strong awareness/partnership strategy—will help us achieve and sustain the ambitious metrics we’ve set.

Thank you for the proposal, it looks like an interesting project! I’m looking forward to it, especially since you plan to support Astar, Soneium, and PolkadVM.

I also have a few questions:

  1. I tried deploying a token, but is there no option to set an icon?
  2. Is it not yet possible to upload images for NFTs?
  3. You mentioned the NFT marketplace is “Native” — do you also plan to support EVM?
  4. Have you not created any social media accounts yet?

Interesting project, we’ll follow any developments.
It would be important for the NFT sector to have a dedicated marketplace.
Will you support EVM? Thanks.

Thank you so much for your kind words and valuable feedback :raising_hands: We’re really glad you find the project interesting! Let me address your questions:

  • Token icons: Yes, of course — we will definitely add the option to set a symbol/icon for your token. Thanks for pointing this out
A lot of cool options for token creation will be coming out… admin panel, token burn, etc.

  • NFT uploads: At the moment, since this is still a DEMO version, the NFT image upload functionality is disabled. In the final release, this feature will absolutely be enabled :rocket:

  • Native + EVM marketplace: Our core codebase is being developed for Astar EVM and we will support native, so the marketplace will support both environments. We edited the proposal showcasing this clarification, thanks you friend

  • Social media: Yes, we already have a Twitter account created and are in the process of setting up a Telegram to strengthen our community channels.

Once again, thank you for your feedback and support! :folded_hands:
Here’s the link to try out the demo: aradiapad.app so you can test EVM version

It’s truly an honor to receive this feedback from SFY Labs :raising_hands: Thank you so much! We’d be thrilled to see SFY Labs NFT collections on Aradia in the future hehe :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Regarding your question: our current codebase is built on Astar EVM, and we will also provide support for Astar Native — meaning both networks will be covered.

Thanks again for the support, it really motivates us to keep building! :rocket:

do you also support viewing 3d files like glb?

Yes, we do plan to support 3D file formats like .glb :raising_hands: This feature is on our roadmap and we expect it to be available in about 2–3 months.

The goal is to enable richer use cases, especially for videogames and more detailed NFTs, so creators and users can fully showcase their assets :rocket:

Thank you for the proposal.
I’d like to better understand the product–market fit and who the target users of your dApp are. Considering that the NFT narrative isn’t as strong in this cycle as it was in the previous one—and that on-chain tokenization will likely be dominated by RWAs—I’m curious to know more about your intended user base.

Since UCG is meant to support products in early stages or still under development, your product seems to fit well. I appreciate the roadmap you’ve shared and would like to understand whether there’s a clear plan for how each milestone will be reached and the rationale behind them.

Thank you very much for your feedback Pitcoin :raising_hands:

Our target audience is any user who wants to easily launch on Astar Network (future Soneium & PolkaVM too)— whether that’s through NFTs or tokens. While the NFT narrative has shifted since the last cycle and RWAs are increasingly important, we view NFTs as a flexible on-chain primitive that goes beyond art. They can power community engagement, gaming, identity, RWAs, and creator monetization.

Our milestones are structured to gradually scale features, users, and network activity:

  • Phase 1 (Testnet, Month 1-2): Focus on usability and core features (NFTs, tokens, UI/UX). The goal is to validate flows and gather community feedback for phase 2.

  • Phase 2 (Mainnet, Month 2-3): Activate real usage with NFT drops and richer token parameters. Metrics target early adoption.

  • Phase 3 (Month 3-4): Introduce gamification + partnerships to strengthen retention and community engagement (leaderboards, collabs).

  • Phase 4 (Month 4-5): Launch full NFT marketplace and onboard flagship collections, creating visibility and stronger liquidity.

  • Phase 5 (Months 5–6): Expand cross-chain to Soneium (with PolkaVM next), driving broader user inflows, asset portability, and cumulative growth.

I tried minting the Token and it worked fine, but when I tried minting the NFT, the image wouldn’t load and I couldn’t mint.

Can you add the “Add Token” section after minting the token successfully? It takes a long time to find the contract to add it.

Do you have any plans to integrate AI into minting NFT?

Understood, thank you.

As pitcoin mentioned, NFTs are not mainstream at the moment.
However, since there is currently no NFT marketplace on Astar, I welcome your project. Ever since tofuNFT closed, many users have been left without a marketplace.

Thank you very much for the feedback and love you liked the interface :raising_hands: Regarding AI minting for NFTs, it wasn’t in our initial plan, but we’ve been exploring how it could be done. We’ll definitely consider adding an AI-powered minting option, possibly through Crust Network integration in the future :star:

On the UI/UX side, you’re absolutely right about the “Add Token” flow — moving it right after minting will make the process much smoother, and we’ll implement that improvement. As for the NFT image loading, since this is still a demo version, some features are limited, but the final release will have full NFT minting functionality :rocket:

Thank you so much for welcoming our project to Astar :raising_hands: We’re super happy to be building here and fully committed to improving the platform as much as possible via community feedback. We understand the current discussion around NFTs, but as we’ve mentioned, the goal of Aradia is to provide a more user-friendly interface for everyone — whether it’s creating tokens or minting NFTs. Or trading on Aradia marketplace

On top of that, we’re already planning some surprises to expand the platform beyond these initial features… so stay tuned :eyes::rocket: Thanks again for the support!

This proposal looks good, the roadmap is clearly structured with measurable on-chain goals for each phase, which adds a lot of credibility and shows both strategic and practical thinking. One point that could make it even stronger is highlighting how Aradia stands out compared to other launchpads and NFT platforms like OpenSea, RMRK, or Polkadot-native tools. A short section on your competitive edge (e.g., cross-chain integration, gamification, community-first design) would reinforce why creators and users should choose Aradia.

My main question is about long-term sustainability: once the initial hype of NFT drops and token launches fades, how do you plan to maintain liquidity and marketplace activity? Will this be driven mainly through incentives like fee-sharing, liquidity mining, or DAO rewards, or do you see partnerships and ongoing gamification as the main levers to keep users engaged and trading?

Thank you for the good proposal. If I may, I’d like to ask a few additional questions:

  1. The community target numbers look very interesting. What plans does the team have?

  2. In terms of the NFT market, it may not be as trendy as it was before. How does the team see this as an obstacle?

Hello Matt,

Thank you for your valuable feedback! We’re glad you found the roadmap and on-chain metrics clear—that structure is essential to our execution.

You’ve highlighted two critical points: our competitive edge and our long-term sustainability strategy. I’ll address both below.

Aradia’s Competitive Edge: The All-in-One Creator Hub

You’re absolutely right that the market has changed, and we recognize the shift in the NFT narrative. Aradia is designed to be more than just an NFT platform; it’s an all-in-one multichain Launchpad and utility hub built on three core differentiators:

  1. A True Multichain Focus from Day One: Our plan to deploy on Astar, Soneium, and eventually PolkaVM means we aren’t limited to a single ecosystem. This cross-chain utility is a major draw for projects seeking broader reach and increased asset portability, setting us apart from single-chain platforms.

  2. Gamified Creation and Engagement: This is a huge differentiator. Unlike marketplaces focused solely on trading (like OpenSea) or technical tooling (like RMRK), we embed gamification throughout the entire user journey. Features like the Leaderboard, daily login incentives, referral systems, and token betting mechanics (e.g., roulette, coin flips) create a sticky, recurring loop that transforms the typically transactional experience of minting into an engaging, rewarded activity. Every action creates an on-chain footprint for transparent, measurable rewards.

  3. User-Friendly Toolkit with Utility: We are dedicated to providing a seamless experience. We plan to integrate Account Abstraction to simplify the technical hurdles of Web3, making the platform accessible even to non-crypto native creators. Our goal is to be the start-to-finish toolkit where users can create NFTs, mint tokens (ERC-20s), and access utility dApps (like the betting mechanics) all in one place, while generating rewards along the way.

Long-Term Sustainability and Liquidity

Our strategy for long-term sustainability is a layered approach, driven by both intrinsic utility and a strong partnership focus, rather than relying solely on temporary incentives.

While incentives will play an initial role, the main levers for long-term activity are:

  • Ongoing Gamification & Utility: The continuous updates to our gamification engine (seasonal competitions, new betting features, Leaderboard progression) will serve as the primary driver for recurring daily and weekly user activity. This creates demand for the tokens and NFTs that power the platform.

  • Strategic Partnerships: This is crucial. We plan to forge strong partnerships with various protocols, communities, and products within the Astar and Soneium ecosystems. These collaborations will ensure a constant influx of new users and utility .

  • Focus on the Broader Web3 Utility: By providing a Token Factory alongside the NFT module, we are positioning ourselves to capture the growth of on-chain tokenization across all narratives (RWAs, community tokens, utility tokens), not just NFTs. This diversification ensures that Aradia remains relevant regardless of the shifting market focus.

In short, we aim for organic activity driven by a genuinely fun and useful product, supported by a continuous pipeline of new, high-quality projects through strategic partnerships.

Hello BoomBLB,

Thank you once again for the excellent questions.

Aradia’s Competitive Advantage: More Than Just a Launchpad

We acknowledge the market shifts and the decreased popularity of NFTs purely as collectibles. That’s why Aradia isn’t just an NFT platform; it’s a comprehensive solution designed to boost activity in the ecosystem:

Unique Differentiation: The Gamified “All-in-One” Hub

  • We offer a platform where users can create NFTs, mint tokens (ERC-20s), and access utility dApps (like token betting games) all in one place.

  • Our main advantage is integrated gamification: the Leaderboard, daily incentives, and betting mechanics make creation and trading recurring, rewarded activities.

  • We plan to integrate Account Abstraction to offer a simple, user-friendly experience, eliminating Web3 friction.

A Solution for Ecosystem Reactivation

  • We understand the network needs a boost. Aradia is launching to fill an unmet need by offering constant options for users to interact with and utilize the network.

  • Our focus on utility, token creation, and gamification is designed to generate daily and transparent on-chain interaction, attracting new users and reactivating existing ones.

Long-Term Sustainability: Interaction and Partnerships

Sustainability won’t rely on temporary incentives, but on constant utility and recurring interaction:

  • Continuous Gamification: Updates to mechanics and seasonal competitions will keep users returning and utilizing tokens and NFTs.

  • Multichain Focus (Astar, Soneium, PolkaVM): This allows us to diversify risk and attract a wider user base seeking asset portability.

  • Strategic Partnerships: We will seek constant partnerships with protocols, communities, and products across the ecosystem to ensure a continuous flow of new projects and users, keeping liquidity and activity robust.

We aim to be the on-chain interaction engine that drives adoption and utility.
