Issues using the transfer function on portal

Hello,

I recently tried to use the transfer function on the portal to send some EVM astar to my native wallet. I assumed this was an acceptable practice, as the form clearly stated that the destination address could be either. however, my tokens never arrived. I’m wondering if they’re stuck in the corresponding EVM address for the astar destination wallet or something like that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Hey @pocohontas , when You send tokens from EVM to Native they are in a ¨locked¨ state, You just need to connect Your Native wallet to the Portal and You will see EVM deposit. Click on withdraw to receive Your tokens :slight_smile: If You have any other question feel free to join discord :smile:
