Mobile App for simplified staking on Astar & Soneium

For example, if you support a route such as Arbitrum’s ETH → Soneium’s ETH → Soneium’s ASTR → Astar’s ASTR → dApp Staking, you can participate in dApp Staking from a variety of chains.

Also, it does not necessarily have to be Across, so you can use LayerZero, CCIP, or anything else that is easy to use.
This may be too complicated to address in the near term, so it can be done later.

Thank you very much Bro. Anyway, I’m happy to provide full support. If there’s anything I can help with regarding promotion or communication, please feel free to let me know anytime. =)

Agreed, a very conservative approach to adapt! Good luck and be sure to keep us updated. :slightly_smiling_face:

This is a great idea! I’m having a bit of trouble thinking about the costs but it’s something I might consider for V2 of the product (as soon as I have at least V1)

Thanks my friend! This is something I would appreciate once we have an initial version of the product released… let’s see how we will determine timelines

This is one of the most useful and interesting ideas proposed on the forum recently! You have my full support, and I sincerely thank you for bringing this initiative forward!

I have always been a strong advocate for making the portal as user-friendly as possible because I am 100% convinced that simplifying the user experience is the key to achieving mass adoption.

I absolutely love the idea of developing a mobile app that makes ASTR staking super simple and engaging! Additionally, the automatic swap feature from other tokens (ETH, etc.) to then stake ASTR in dApp staking is a fantastic solution: it reduces the necessary steps and significantly lowers the entry barriers for users.

I would also like to propose an additional integration for this incredible mobile app. Given its revolutionary potential for all ASTR holders, I believe it would be extremely useful to add a section dedicated to converting between native ASTR and EVM ASTR, along with a direct bridge to SONEIUM.

I have often pointed out how critical this issue is for Astar: it may seem like a minor detail, but in reality, it is the first major hurdle for users who buy ASTR on a CEX and want to transfer it to Soneium. This gap has become even more evident after the launch of Soneium, as many users in Telegram groups and various dApp Discord servers have struggled due to the complicated process of moving their ASTR from a CEX (where 90% hold native ASTR) to Soneium. Having a simple and intuitive interface that guides users through converting native ASTR to EVM ASTR and transferring it to Soneium in just a few clear steps would be a huge value addition for the entire ecosystem.

For anything you need, you have my full support. Thanks again for this proposal—truly an excellent initiative! :rocket:

It’s a great idea and project, just go ahead. But are you going to do this project alone? That’s a lot of workload, errors and time. Also, I understand that the AI agent running in the background will also act as an aggregator, right? Will you build this AI Agent yourself or will it be integrated into an existing AI Agent service?

Thanks a lot mate! I also appreciate you joining the conversation here on the forum  .

Totally agree with you, this can definitely be a key importance in further adoption as you mention.

That’s right, it’s something that won’t be available from the beginning but is intended to be developed in the roadmap.

Wow I hadn’t thought of this, clearly you are right, giving users an option to send from Astar L1 to Soneium through a simple interface is a great idea.

I’ll make a note of it, thanks for the input, @SimonB!

Hello my friend! Thanks for adding your comments.

Actually no, I’m going to develop the MVP with my resource limit and then, I intend to submit a proposal for some subsidy and hire some developers to help me develop V1 of the app.

That’s right! The AI Agent will serve as an aggregator as well, thanks for mentioning that.

I plan to integrate Eliza, the currently most used Agent OS, into the MVP.

Next week I will come with a clearer idea of how the MVP could look like  .

Simplifying dApp Staking through mobile is good for all users, the dApp Staking process is often a challenge for new users.

The idea of one-click mobile staking is a game changer for ASTR, which wallets do you plan to integrate? I think you have been asked before, on the other hand: How do you define the agent, i.e. would it be like an assistant or would it act as the application runs, e.g. when you hit the staking button? The agent would take care of the rest like signing the transaction or the user must do it?

The automation process is everything for this type of applications, and it is what ensures its success, I love the idea of introducing an agent to the equation, since we had already discussed in another thread the importance that would have for Astar and Soneium if implemented to their echoes, waiting for the MVP; excellent application proposal.

Thanks for joining the conversation, friend! This has definitely become a very interesting topic.

In V1 of the product I plan to generate embedded wallets with either Privy or Dynamic (I prefer to use Privy because of how robust it is). However, in future versions of the app, an integration with other EVM and non-EVM wallets would be fabulous, it is included in the roadmap.

The AI Agent will become one of the fundamental pieces of the whole app, it will be in charge of taking the orders (staking transactions) from the users and will do all the swap and bridge necessary to execute those orders.

Yes, when generating embedded wallets the AI Agent will be able to sign for the users. There are many security measures that I will take at this point but, the most important for V1 will be the ease of use, the goal is to add new No-crypto users to make their first stakes and to add other users that did not do it before.

Great, automation will be key to the system, I like that you give special importance to this point, certainly the idea of integrating non crypto people is simply a great goal, giving access to dApp Staking to all types of users is extremely important, I wish you much success, well thought out, great idea.

Of course! This is something we must ultimately build. For now I will be creating things more in the short term and then focus on this.
