Hello!

I am yutcha.

On behalf of the NINJA INU coin team, we are pleased to submit an application to add “$NINJA” to Astar Network’s dApp staking list.

NINJA INU is a project that will grow together with the ASTAR community and ASTAR zkEVM, so let’s start the discussion here together!

What is NINJA INU coin?

NINJA INU is the first INU meme coin on Astar zkEVM and is inspired by the Japanese NFT project Crypto Ninja and features the ninja Shiba Inu.

NINJA INU was launched on Astar zkEVM on April 25, 2024 and has played a key role in raising awareness of the Astar ecosystem and onboarding the community to Astar zkEVM.

NINJA INU has received permission to use the IP from Crypto Ninja.

Since its launch, the NINJA INU community has grown as follows.

What is Crypto Ninja?

CryptoNinja is a character NFT project created by Japanese ikehaya@TV anime “Crypto Ninja Sakuya” (@IHayato) and Rii2(Ritsu)｜TMA (@rii2_4). The project aims to create a new form of digital entertainment and collection through engaging characters, community activities, game collaborations and partnerships, and is loved by many.

NINJA INU aims to be a community where top holders and holders are privileged, and as a meme coin, there is a very rare roadmap.

  1. Community

The community is an important place to interact with members from other countries. By interacting and sharing information with people from different cultures and backgrounds, we broaden our international perspective and promote the growth of the token ecosystem. Through community activities, we aim to deepen trust and cooperation among members and build a global network.

In addition, meme contests will be held periodically to invigorate the community. The meme contests are a place to share creative ideas and generate smiles, and encourage the participation of many members. This is expected to increase the awareness and value of the tokens as well as deepen interactions among members.

Through the above activities, we will grow and revitalize the community and contribute to the development of the entire token ecosystem.

2.Airdrop

$NINJA was distributed as an airdrop to certain NFTs and token holders.

Token allocation will be based on points earned through Farming, $NINJA staking, dApp staking, and special promotions that represent contributions to the ecosystem.

Thank you for your proposal.
I am aware of many of the projects associated with “NINJA” that many people in Japan are involved in, although not all.
I have also observed the excitement around NINJA INU as a meme coin.
I am paying attention to the recent market view of “memes”.
Consequently, I am interested in seeing whether you all can become leaders who will drive this market in the future.

  1. As a meme project, how could NINJA INU contribute to the Astar Network ecosystem? Which aspect do you focus mostly? For example, community growth, network reputation, collab with good projects outside Astar Network, etc…

  2. Community is very crucial for all the projects on crypto, especially for meme projects. I think the community activeness can be measured by numbers, for example, active members and/or unique messages. Can you provide the number of messages and the number of active users on a daily basis in your main community group? I can see mostly /NINJA_IS_NO1_ASTER_MEME and /GACHIHODL , so I was not sure if I do not see any other messages.

  3. Would you be able to address unique features compared to other meme projects, for example, HAHA?

  4. You have a point system with VLS, it would be great if you can share your own view if this point system can attract more liquidity providers, because often it is reluctant to provide liquidity for projects having high volatility. I think there are potential providers if this point system can overcome for example IL.

  5. Can you elaborate more on the marketing strategy? How do you interact with KOLs and do you have any specific target markets at this moment or globally? It is already good that you have contacted the Crypto Ninja and got permission from them, which potentially could bring more inflow to the project. However, it would be greatly helpful if you can share more details.

  6. We are now at the end of 2024Q2. It would be great if you can share how the Q1 milestones went and the current status of the milestones on Q2.

  7. Do you have any specific target numbers in terms of community size/activeness in near future or specific plans to get more exposures about the project?

I am a Ninja Inu holder.
But I am against this proposal.
At first, airdrop the user with CHICHI, and after airdrop, CHICHI is not active.
And I don’t know what kind of activity Ninja Coin has been doing since then.
I think I’ll have to think about if Ninja Coin helps the Asta ecosystem.

I will wait for your answer to that, since pithecus has asked most of what I want to ask.

It is important to know what value you can create for Astar. For example, the recently listed HAHA is a strong marketing team aspect of Astar zkEVM and actually sees a lot of activity. In your case, the roadmap says, “Enhance communication with other projects on Astar and work together as a community,” and the specifics of this plan are important.
It’s already time for Q2 to end.

Also, you mentioned “rapid and reliable development”, what are you planning to develop?

I will not repeat the same arguments already mentioned by others. Once the achieved results and the expected roadmap (possibly with estimated dates and not simply Q3, Q4 etc.) are presented by the NINJA INU team I will be able to express an opinion. At the moment it does not seem to me that there is a need for another meme coin in dApp staking :saluting_face:

NINJA INU will contribute to the Astar Network ecosystem with a focus on community growth; NINJA INU will engage users and activate communities across the Astar Network through unique memes and creative content NINJA INU will actively host meme contests and other events. We will actively hold meme contests and other events to attract new users and increase awareness and value of NINJA INU.

We understand that community is very important to maintain and increase the value of NINJA INU.
Compared to right after launch, the number of daily messages and active users has dropped.
With 118 messages per day and 17 active users, we will work on improvement measures to be active with unique messages other than /NINJA_IS_NO1_ASTER_MEME and /GACHIHODL.

We also intend to actively communicate with other projects to synergistically increase their value.
Although in the conceptual stage, we hope to eventually build NINJA INU DAO.

I see, by development, you don’t mean in a software sense, but in a business sense. Understood.

As for meme coins, due to the simple nature of their issuance, their contribution to date is more important than the future roadmap. It is difficult to evaluate them at present, so I think it is better to apply for them after you have a better track record.

The main question is pretty much the same , which is the uniqueness of Ninja Inu ? I cannot see the reason to have multiple projects with the same goal listed on dApp Staking.
Anyway I’m pretty curious about the roadmap and the plans You have for your future development :smile:
