This proposal requests retroactive compensation for Matt, a long-standing Astar Ecosystem Agent and current Community Council Member, covering his contributions from December 2024 through March 2025.
As the General Agent for Czechia and Slovakia, Matt has actively contributed across five core areas: Community Management, Governance Participation, Social Media Engagement, Content Creation, and Astar Evangelism on Soneium. His work includes managing and growing local communities, creating and translating educational content, supporting governance initiatives, and promoting Astar’s presence on the Soneium Ethereum L2 network.
Over this 4-month period, I authored 7 original articles, led the Astar Bulletin writer team, created over 150+ social media posts from multiple accounts, generating 134,500+ impressions via my personal account only. Managed daily community support across Telegram and Discord (General + ticket-system), guided 100+ users, participated actively in 69 governance discussions, tested Astar on-chain GOV as a Community Council member, and championed the Astar–Soneium ecosystem across multiple platforms.
