This proposal requests retroactive compensation for Matt, a long-standing Astar Ecosystem Agent and Astar Bulletin Director, covering his contributions from October through December 2025.
As the General Agent for Czechia and Slovakia, I actively contributed across five core areas: Community Management, Governance Participation, Social Media Engagement, Content Creation, OTHERS.
Summary of Contributions:

Community Management: Support community members (specifically, Q&A, advice, psychological care, etc., including handling Discord tickets - time to time thanks to the good job of the new CM and others).

Governance & Project Engagement: Governance participation at Astar Forum. And participating in the vote on Subsquare.

Social Media Engagement: Mainly on X to explain and share the latest information on Astar.

Content Creation: Writing articles about events within Astar and Soneium eco + CZ translations for my local community.

Others: Astar Bulletin article releases, twitter account and discord posts on Astar server.

BD (optional): Trying to connect the Astar team with other projects, most recently with the Dcentralab team.

I will keep actively supporting the CZ + SK community with QAs, my insights, and updates on events across the Astar / Soneium ecosystem.
I will work to attract more writers and bring in more readers to the Astar Bulletin, while continuing to support our agents, core contributors, users, and ecosystem projects on X through the TAB account → helping spread news and awareness across the community.
