Thank You for One Year on the ACC

Hello Astar Community,

I have served as a member of the Astar Community Council (ACC) throughout 2025, and I will be graduating at the end of December 2025. I am grateful to have been involved in this council during its very first year as one of Astar’s initiatives. As it was the launch phase, there were certainly challenges, but I learned a great deal from the experience.

My Main Activities

In principle, I carried out the activities planned by the ACC together with the other members. To highlight a few, I contributed to the clear establishment of the code of conduct for dApp Staking, the organization of projects, and the development and leadership of the Astar Agent program framework and evaluation process. These are not one-off efforts but ongoing initiatives, and they continue to evolve in new forms even now.

Background of My Graduation

There are several reasons for my graduation. Some are personal, which I will omit here. Beyond that, I considered the importance of promoting renewal within the ACC, the timing, and my desire to increase the scope of my activities as an Astar Agent.

About My Successor

I have already started organizing the handover and related arrangements. Recruitment for my successor will be conducted separately by the ACC.

Future Outlook

I will continue to contribute as an Astar Agent and as a technical supporter of Astar and Soneium. In the near future, I am planning the third season of the “Peers Program,” an initiative to strengthen the decentralization of the Astar Network. I will also post about this on the forum, so I would be delighted if interested engineers join.

Closing

Thank you very much for this past year.
I look forward to your continued support.

Thank you for your contributions, dear @tksarah

You were one of the most prominent faces of ACC, and your work is commendable.
I hope the newly elected person will make contributions similar to Astar’s.

I believe you still have a lot to contribute to Astar. I wish you great results from the Peers Program.

Thank you, @tksarah , for everything you’ve done this year.

Working with you inside the ACC has been a privilege. Your contribution has always been extremely valuable — not only for the clarity and structure you brought to our internal processes, but especially for the strong technical foundation you consistently provided. Many of the frameworks we use today, from the code of conduct for dApp Staking to the Astar Agent evaluation process, carry your imprint and will continue to support the ecosystem long after your graduation.

Your departure will definitely leave a gap on the technical side, and I personally hope this role will be filled with someone who can bring a similar level of expertise and understanding of Astar’s architecture. Having a tech-skilled member in the ACC has proven to be essential, and your presence made a real difference.

I’m also happy to hear that you’ll remain active as an Astar Agent and that you’re preparing the third season of the Peers Program. This initiative has always been one of the most important for strengthening decentralization, and I’m sure many developers will be excited to join.

Thank you again for your dedication, professionalism, and the huge amount of work you’ve put into the ecosystem this year.
Wishing you the best for your next steps — and looking forward to continuing to collaborate with you in the community.

Wishing you the best in your expanded journey within Astar and Soneium.
Thank you again for your dedication, leadership, and transparency during this first foundation year.
