Will the third lockdrop be equal in reward to the second?
Eg.i locked 2000$ in ETH in September on 1000 days and received 1 000 000 PLM. So if I will lock 2000$ in DOTs during Lockdrop 3 on 2 years (730 days) i will get 730 000 PLM? (730 days / 1000 days * 1 000 000 PLM)

No, the 3rd lockdrop will not be the same.
PLM for this round is capped.
Correct formula will be announced closer to the lockdrop.

For this reason I think 3rd lockdrop will be more similar to 1st
