Hello, I am a member of the Yoki Origins team and I would like to thank you for your support!

The Yoki Origins rewards distribution has started today, thank you.
As for this reward, I believe it has been allocated based on the budget in this proposal.
I would like to ask you to answer a few questions and report back to me.

  1. How is the overall budget used?
  2. Regarding Yoki’s reward, the Blog describes how it is calculated, but can you provide a more specific calculation method? There are a lot of uncertainties in the current situation, and there are some doubts in the community.

I was in the top 3, but the reward was too small.

Do you mean the Yoki Originis rewards? Most of the community is very happy with their rewards.

Dear Astar community!

During our preparation and planning for Astar zkEVM sunsetting. We found that around 324k ASTR were not claimed from the main airdrop contract. The users can’t claim them anymore, so they were moved back to Astar L1 and our treasury. Total of 5.74% stayed unclaimed.

Yoki Reward Claim Dates

  • July 3rd: Claim 50% of your rewards
  • Aug 2nd: Claim 25% of your rewards
  • Sep 1st: Claim the remaining 25% of your rewards

The deadline for claiming the reward is the end of September.

Here are the steps we took to bring everything back to our treasury:

Why not burn the $ASTR rewards?

We didn’t burned the amount but we thought it was more fair to bring the unused ASTR back to the treasury to showcase that if a grant has not been used fully it should be back in the hands of our community.

Maybe it’s good to open a proposal to burn the amount :sweat_smile:
