Hi @Moon-Bearer, please understand I only respond now. I also think the same way as @you425 suggested. In a new thread, having a small recap and background for a new thread would be helpful for the members to understand. It also would be great if you can introduce what contribution you have made so far. For example, you also have migrated APEs on the EVM side and the latest modular NFTs, which can be stressed out for more exposure on your contribution.

A project can apply to the UCG program only once and for a maximum of two periods (6 months). The program is not continuous support but a bootstrap to help a project launch on Astar Network and join the dApp Staking Program.
ApeXcHimpz has been in Astar dApp Staking since November 2023 and is therefore not eligible to apply for the UCG program again. This way, new projects can benefit from the UCG program when they are launching on Astar Network.

For me your dapp is not working, you havenāt created a simple 2.0 collection yet with a more than trivial smart contract given the material granted by the team that created the protocol. Your āteamā currently earns 1800astr per day to provide what exactly to the community? Not even very followed Twitter posts? Technically, where is the development at? Not to mention that you have used ucg in the past without achieving the goals for which you asked. Letās see if I understand:
- a proposal is made where some things are promised to the community
- if approved, a year is spent pretending to work on the creation of a layered nft collection that currently involves very few real people
- money is collected until someone asks how the developments are proceeding, saying that the community is being updated on the progress via personal social media.
Ok, you havenāt occupied any slots, you can proceed this way too

ā Tier 3 in dApp staking has 33 slots. 9 of them are currently filled.
Plenty of space for great dApps to fill.
I dont believe your intention is to learn about AXC but to hate on the system.
But to not go without showing that things are happening in the project:
-100 layers of modularNFT base with 400 equipables is no trivial smart contract.
-We update astr ambassadors about our progress and they received access to seing the development first hand.
-X engagement should pick up in the next 2 weeks as we look to deploy in 3.

1 year for this work is absurd. think about it however you want, by the way the criticism is not even referred to you personally but to those who do not check and do not ask. The fact that there are 33 free slots does not mean anything, those Astars should be burned at most. And it would be better than supporting a dapp indefinitely without even having feedback on the progress. The smart contracts are ready and waiting (the tool wizard allows the creation of code from 0 even for those who do not understand anything) and the network is supported, making this collection requires a month of work at most. You have not brought any development news here or on your social media, making a video where you show images and giving airdrops that are not expensive for you, does not mean being a dapp. You are very smart in using dapp staking to have extra revenue at practically 0 cost. Currently it is $ 3,000 per month, I am writing about all the dapps so it is not a personal matter. Ambassadors donāt control anything, the goal should be to control the dapps and instead we witness a total indifference
You are entitled to your opinion in regards to how much work is flowing into this setup.
I see it VERY differently. And it is also not true that there is no reporting, as I stated in my last post.
I understand the picture you try to paint and cant even be mad about it in general.
However I dont think there is a real argument to be won here between you and me.
We will continue giving updates and will release the product in about 3 weeks (also as said before).
If you can beat us to it with the blueprint in this thread (you said it takes 1 month because everything is available) you would really, really, REALLY surprise me.
Again, I dont know how much contact other projects have with ASTAR or individual ambassadors. I can only speak for AXC as I did.
One more thing.
As contrary as it might sound: I respect and welcome your eagerness to get things moving and bring more controls to the tables.
@Zorounashi I would like to express my personal gratitude for your work. It is true that many here do not have the time and skills necessary for such analytical work, and I hope that you continue to shed light on these problems. It is real that many are just taking advantage and receiving their monthly income without worrying about the community, draining capital, dumping tokens on the market, hindering the networkās growth. Let something be done quickly.
