I agree on the first part.
Think that’s one of the reasons why I’m more active here and other Agent to guide the users on how they can support through our governance.
Members like @AstarHood are already showcasing that some have good intentions and knowledge from the community on how to move and change things. I hope all others that applied to the Community Council will do the same, at least this is my expectations and I will guide them.
Just out of curiosity, weren’t you interested in joining as community members to this council @FFR23 or do you prefer to wait for the next cycle after seeing how it will run?
I would like to share that I have delegated everything to Maarten regarding the delisting of VLS.
Currently, VLS’s dapps staking wallet is not multisig, but is managed entirely by a single engineer, so it cannot be operated.
The target contract address will be the dapps staking address.
Contract address: 0x26c89cfc3323cb4054be1df2d9c4a3eedb3368da
The transferred ASTR also includes incentives for users when dapps staking reaches Tier 2, so we hope that it will be distributed to dapps staking users with sincerity.
It is a pleasure to speak with you again.
I have a few questions I would like to ask you.
Why is it that since the misappropriation of Kunoichi funds became public, you have said nothing to Kunoichi, to VLS, to the community and team members, and continued to ignore questions about it?
Kunoichi and VLS team members claimed that you took away their administrative rights to the official social networking sites of the project (X and discord) so that other members could no longer use them to make announcements. Is that true?
In both the Kunoichi and VLS projects, did you have authorization to access the project’s wallet?
If multisig, what was the system in place before the changes were made in October?
The process by which VLS has gotten to where it is today is complicated, and I couldn’t go if there was anything that would cause trouble for other team members, so I just did as I was told and took responsibility.

I cut off contact with them because I could confirm the problem.
2.At first, VLS’s X and Discord accounts were created by a marketing person, but due to a change in contributors, I became the administrator for both from around summer.
There is a history of notifications in November of an attempt to gain access to X’s account, change the password, and take over the account.
Perhaps the only person claiming it?
3.Kunoichi’s wallet is not managed at all. Access is also not possible.
VLS’s dapps staking wallet can only be accessed and managed by one person, and I cannot access it.
I tried to do multisig due to the Kunoichi incident, but it was rejected and I couldn’t do it.
The multisig was managed in the ASTAR wallet. The signatories were VLS core members.
Who told you to do so and how do you think to take your responsibility?
As a founder, I think that the first thing you had to do is talking with team and community member.
From what I could see on discord, it seemed that both communities were having a lot of trouble because they couldn’t get in touch with you at all, so they couldn’t make announcements from the official account.
From your perspective, did they actually contact you in any way?
How about EVM side?
I heard that in November, you, hayatti, and two engineers from VLS team became 3/4 multisig, but what was the system like before that?
Yes…I am confused too.
I think I just need to state the relationship in a straightforward manner, but I’m still wondering why I haven’t received a clear answer from anyone.
I just found out that VLS dApp Staking will have a proposal to delist, but I would like clarification on the facts.
This is the first time I’ve heard about this delisting proposal from Mr. Takakoji.
I have not received any information regarding the sunset of VLS.
The biggest concern is that there is still an Liquidity, staking on the AstarZKEVM chain.
I am also still maintain the VLS website and managing the server.
How do you plan to handle these user assets?
I would like to address this matter clearly and respectfully.
Initially, I reached out to Hayatti to invite him to join NEET because @Takakoji had abandoned the VLS project and its community. NEET was never intended to merge with VLS. Instead, our goal was to offer the VLS community an opportunity to join NEET, ensuring a way forward for the project and its members.
To that end, we collaborated with @hayatti to develop an initial version of the NEET DEX on Soneium. However, some individuals, such as @pnizo, continue to harass me across various platforms, including the NEET Discord falsely claiming that NEET “steal” VLS code for our use. I have explained multiple times that the VLS code is not proprietary; it is a fork of PancakeSwap, which is open-source and available for anyone to use. This fundamental point seems to be misunderstood.
I also want to clarify that VLS community members who staked on VLS will still receive some benefits through NEET. For example, they will be eligible for a free mint of our upcoming NFT collection on Soneium, as well as other perks, as long as they maintain their VLS stake. However, since VLS is currently being voted to be delisted, we will continue our engagement at NEET. While VLS stakers can receive the free mint, additional benefits, such as token airdrops, will require staking with NEET and obtaining the corresponding role on our Discord server.
Subsequently, I made it clear that NEET would no longer pursue taking over VLS. Instead, we extended an invitation to the VLS community to join NEET. Currently, Hayatti is actively collaborating with us and is developing tools to bridge assets from the VLS DEX on Astar zkEVM to the NEET DEX on Soneium.
I hope this clarifies the situation and puts an end to the misinformation being spread.
First, I want to thank Taka for taking the initiative to reach out and provide clarity about VLS.
After listening to the Japanese google audio and carefully considering the situation, I have decided that Hayatti is no longer part of NEET. While he was working independently on some developments, he has no connection to the final version of our DEX or any other NEET product. I can confirm that we will not be partnering with him or using any of his work or tools moving forward.
What was the management system like until October?
In November, it was reported on discord that two engineers who had resigned from VLS had taken over the management of the multisig keys, so that neither you nor hayatti could operate the wallet independently.
And please answer my first question.
Why did you cut off communication with your team members and the users of your community?
