Hello @Satoshi
Thank you for telling us the details of the situation.
All of the features you listed seem to be the very features of PancakeSwap v4, and I saw that hayatti had stated in the past that VLS was a complete fork of PancakeSwap. (I think that in itself is a very meaningful thing from a security perspective.)
Does that mean that NEET DEX has its own customizations and inventions that PancakeSwap does not have?
Thanks for your thoughts. While PancakeSwap v4 offers great features, it’s worth noting that it is not currently available on Soneium. NEET DEX, on the other hand, is specifically designed to operate on Soneium, providing tailored features and integrations suited for this ecosystem. So, the question isn’t just about features but about where innovation and accessibility truly align.
I think that everyone on the Astar Forum is well aware of how much change is needed to adapt PancakeSwap’s code to Soneium, so I will leave it to individual judgment.
Specifically, what tailored features have been added?
Thank you for your question. I believe this may not be the best place to discuss updates or the roadmap for NEET products. At the moment, I’m unable to disclose any specific details, and to keep the forum focused on its intended purpose, let’s avoid delving into this topic here. Thank you for understanding!
It would be good for the members of the VLS community if the VLS community were to be integrated into the NEET community.
However, despite your report that you would not be taking over VLS on this forum, I have strong suspicions that you were actually proceeding with the integration of NEET and VLS as if nothing had happened.
If you want to run a project without paying attention to the Astar community, shouldn’t you leave the community and run it independently, without relying on UCG or dApp Staking?
Below is the migration tool we are planning for moving from AstarZKEVM to Soneium:
We will prepare a website that allows users to migrate LP tokens from AstarZKEVM’s VeryLongSwap to Soneium’s NEETDEX.
2, Any LP tokens sent to the migration tool will be exchanged for an equivalent amount of coins on Soneium.
The exact migration schedule for the AstarZKEVM chain is still unclear. Once their timeline is more defined, we will proceed with developing and releasing our migration tool accordingly.
I think more transparent communication is needed, usually the answers ask for extra time and I don’t have many problems with that. However the situation is not very clear and at this point the delisting of VLS seems the most suitable choice. I will wait for the updates to have a clearer idea.
Hi, @Satoshi, thank you for your timely and descriptive responses.
I understand that they are modifying and adding important features to the protocol that require time and effort from the technical team, I estimate about 2 months of work depending on how many developers NEET has.
However, I am concerned about the situation as user tokens are still at stake, users that are not only part of VeryLongSwap, but also part of the Astar ecosystem. I would like to prevent the security of user funds and our reputations from being affected any further.
NEET has my support regarding the development, the only concern for me is how the current VLS situation is being handled.
The biggest problem I see with this whole thing is that you, the person who appropriated Kunoichi-Gakuen’s assets without permission, have never once used your own account to report or apologize for your actions, either to the Kunoichi community or to the VLS community.
You have remained silent about your actions, not answered the questions of community members, and pushed all the responses onto other team members, and then acted as if nothing had happened.
Why don’t you face up to the community you founded and explain yourself in your own words?
The VeryLongSwap smart contract has already been deployed.
And, this AMM smart contract does not allow anyone, including administrators, to withdraw user assets.
So user fund is safe. As for the front end, it is planned to be maintained until the AstarZKEVM chain is closed.
However, whether user assets will be lost when the AstarZKEVM chain ends is still uncertain, as we do not yet know how the chain will be close. We will consider this point once more details about the AstarZKEVM migration are available.
Despite @Satoshi stating on this forum that he would not proceed with the integration of NEET and VLS for fear of the moral responsibility of the incidents caused by VLS spilling over into NEET, in reality, he proceeded with the integration as if it had never happened.
While NEET continues to disregard the Astar community in this way, they are of course receiving rewards for dApps Staking and using the Astar Degens icon in their marketing.
I would like to hear what Astar Degens and the Astar community think about this.
I agree with you.
What you are talking about before is different and there is a distinct lack of transparency and communication with the community. I do not think it is acceptable to allow this to proceed.
this situation is still dragging on? the project is confirmed scam and still earns dApp staking rewards? Yup we’re cooked, Astar was so promising but the lazyness of core team to effectively manage is killing us. Sonium chain is going to be a disaster.
@Maarten I care because i already have spent 4 years as part of this community, but i have tapered off my time spent here.
I made my comment because we have a confirmed scam project still earning rewards - if we cannot act quick to stop the bleed here, what chance do we have in stopping other undetected fraudulent projects.
Astar isn’t mature enough to leave it in the hands of the community - we need Core Team to guide the trajectory and ensure we have a solid foundation for success.
If we don’t change our strategy before Sonium launch, we are already dead. My thoughts only.
From the actions he has taken in the past projects, he has repeatedly responded that when things get inconvenient, he leaves nothing unsaid until people’s memories fade.
