What is the Time for Shiden token to be unlocked

Hello Everyone,
i have staked my Shiden Token with Astar Daps and reclaimed them,
now they are locked and this for over 3 Weeks now.
Does anybody know how much time it takes to unlocked?
I read somewhere it takes 5 Days but now it is almost 1 Month!!!
Is there any procedure or request i have to make??
