Hello Astar community, I am zkVan/Eudomar Parra Mendoza. As you all know, I have been an Astar Ambassador since 2020. I started supporting the project from the lockdrop and I am still active. I am the founder of the Astar community in Spanish on Telegram and a participant in both Lockdrops.
When I learned about PLASM, now Astar Network, I immediately connected with its vision and that of Sota Watanabe. I began writing articles about the ecosystem on Medium and was even the first member of the community to write about Zk RollUps and Optimistic RollUps:

Even though this technology had not yet been implemented in the general ecosystem or in Astar.

I am a lawyer specializing in Fintech, an on-chain analyst, and a web designer. I have extensive knowledge of on-chain management and community management as a CM.
I am not a technical agent, but I have extensive knowledge of blockchain technology and how it works, enabling me to identify operational gaps in blockchain protocols, as well as analyze and study code.
Track Record of Contributions
As an Astar agent for almost six (6) years, I have carried out multiple activities, from writing opinion and educational articles to creating images and videos, while also sharing my knowledge through Space on X and workshops.
I am currently in charge of “Astar Weekly News,” a weekly publication from Astar Network, Soneium, and Pokadot on Subastack, where I publish the most relevant news from each ecosystem. The initiative already has more than 200 publications and more than 100 weekly readers, making it a powerful tool for spreading awareness about the ecosystem: [Astar Weekly News (ES) | Substack]

An interesting and objective debate took place there with the aim of contributing to the strengthening of the protocol. In fact, Astar Fi found several of its foundamentals here.
Motivation & Vision for Astar
Astar is evolving into a broader and more sustainable ecosystem. I feel that in this phase I can contribute a lot of my experience and knowledge forged over these six (6) long years. My vision for Astar is to help consolidate this new stage in which the protocol finds itself, by contributing feasible ideas and giving the protocol greater visibility in all areas. Being part of the ACC will surely give me a broader view of where we are headed, which is what we need to continue building and scaling.
Plans for the Term

Promote the new roadmap to consolidate Astar Stack and everything that comprises it.

Balance the projects that are part of dApp Staking, evaluating and monitoring the performance of each dApp that is part of the program.

In short, carry out all the actions performed by the ACC, and propose new ideas or mechanisms that contribute to better functioning in order to meet all immediate needs that arise.
